Not so crowded, but the mall is very long. I also communicate with cs, they also provide stroller with RM50 depo cash. Overall great experience with Alamanda Shopping Mall

A great shopping mall for putrajaya residence. Still a great place to eat and window shopping. It stood the test of time quite well since the opening of the IOI mall and its second expansion. The mall is decent size so seniors wouldnt have much time walking. Lots of restaurants and the food court have a diverse selection. Apparently there's a lot of renovation and upgrade happening as of late. So the mall could be better in the future In the center court there's often event happening. Video is from 12th july 2025.

the revival of the old mall is great! i love that it’s still relevant after all these years. The bowling alley is under construction, and the old GSC location has been transformed into TGV. Some of new shops are Chagee, Fana, Oiso, Escape Park, Syedewa kiosk. New additional shop that is still under construction are 'Oriental Kopi', KKV, the Colorist. The plaza(the lowest floor near parking drop off) has already opened, featuring places like Chicken Rice Shop, Nando's, Seoul Garden, and Dubuyo. However, there’s still no Pos Laju onsite since the place was transformed, and the lift now connects Level P and Level 1. One additional thing I like about the upgrade is the government kiosk under the escalator in front of Parkson on Level 2, behind the lift. Fingers crossed it will be maintained well and won't break down for a long time.

Visited on April 1 '25 (2nd day Raya) it was not crowded and good for shopping. Inside looks well maintained. Lots of greenery outside. Puma shop had good promotions and amazing service.

Lousily inconvinience and less friendly mall Made my visit here on 20th april 20205, somehow the removed the seatings at the front of escalator area. me and my sons had to take a brief seat next to a pillar near one of the shops as we’re wating for the wife doing shopping, annoyingly they have their security guards walking around urging customers not to rest by seating on the floors ( wahat can we do? do we have options? you all took the seats away)

For me, this place was good enough for shopping. It wasn’t very crowded, maybe because it was a weekday.

Yelp
It was my first time traveling to Putrajaya for a work assignment and I had to parked at Alamanda Shopping Centre because the hotel parking (where the event was held) was already full. I expected the parking rates for Alamanda to be at a premium rate, but I was wrong. It was only RM2 for the first two hours and subsequently is RM1 per hour. Not bad I thought. After the event, I had a stroll in the mall and took a pit stop at the toilets. That was when I had quite a shock. As I was about to wash my hands, the water that flow from the tap was brown in colour. I couldn't believe my eyes and tried another one, and it was the same! Oh the horror! I was disgusted and went to look for a place to wash my hands properly. So happened I pass a McDonald's. I went in shamelessly to wash my hands, hoping the water won't turn out brown. Thank goodness it wasn't. I washed my hands and left the mall, once and for all. I do not intend to visit Alamanda again after that foul experience. The mall has pretty high end retailers but their toilets, I would rather stay away from.
