If I could, I would give this mall 0 stars.
I am a regular customer at A Saloon in this mall because I genuinely like their atmosphere and service.
Last month, the salon informed me that they would be renovating and that appointments at the end of this month would need to be cancelled. Honestly, that sounded like good news, as this branch is quite old and clearly needs an update.
However, when I tried to book an appointment after the renovation, I was shocked to find out that the mall management has not given the salon a confirmed renovation date at all.
Even though the salon had already informed their customers in advance, the mall failed to follow up or provide any clear timeline.
So now I have to ask: What about my treatment? Who is responsible for my hair?
This kind of poor coordination and lack of responsibility from the mall is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Honestly, I’m speechless.
