Alamdhari Resort Sidemen

The room is nice and big. It have a lot of mini ants on the desk. We call them and they spray something and no more ants. No hot water the second day when I took my shower. I went to the office and she sent someone right away. No hair dryer in the room. The pool is nice but it also have a lot of red ants. They also spray something and they all died. Resto is okay, Balinese food is good but we preferred to eat outside.

We spent six nights in a family room at Alamdhari Resort and were very pleased with it. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is filling and the balcony view is stunning. It was the great value so I can definitely recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay, our room (54) was generous in size with views across the valley. It was very tranquil especially after a 5 day stay in Ubud.|Sidemen is very beautiful and I’m glad we have had the opportunity to see it now because I fear overdevelopment is on its way. Not much to see in the Main Street, it’s all about the rise fields, the lush greens of the valley and the smiling faces of the locals. Breakfast is a little ordinary but there are so many options outside the gate if you want something more. The resort is very well located for walking, dinning options and experiencing the beauty of Sidemen.

Our stay at Alamdhari Resort was superb. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The restaurant has a nice selection of foods to choose from, and it was all very delicious, including a large breakfast each morning. It is a great place to relax and take in the views, as the property is beautifully situated at the base of Mt. Agung among lush rice terraces. From the hotel staff to the restaurant to the spa services, the service was outstanding.

Linens were 100 shades of brown, towels stained, overall a bit run down and restaurant was average so I opted to eat out! Garden and view from the terraces and restaurant were beautiful. Pool was clean & the gardener greeted everyone with the biggest smile…working all day/every day with such enthusiasm.

I loved my stay here. The staff go out of their way to help you, even letting me use the pool and shower after I’d checked out. Rooms are clean, great AC, and all have beautiful views of the rice fields and mountains. It’s quiet and peaceful, I had a great sleep. Breakfast is a buffet so plenty of food and you are eating overlooking the rice terraces with beautiful Balinese music playing.

Very clean hotel at the flank of Gunung Agung. Stayed in their newly renovated buildings (twin bedroom). Our bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. They offer buffet breakfast with various choices: fried rice, fried noodle, toast, sausage, eggs according to your order, fresh fruits, coffee/tea/juice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only setback is the very narrow entrance to the hotel but shouldn't be a problem as most of the guests arrived there on chartered transport with a pro driver.
