I have been coming to this place so many times. The last time I went and lost my bag, there was my information in the bag including my name and phone number, also my airpods. I called them many times and they said they couldn't find it, until someone opened my airpods and finally I can tracked it at Alamo. Went to the place and talk to them but the attitude is so terrible. They deny to do anything about it and keep saying they already donated all my stuff. I tracked my airpods again and it said it near the staff room. Then, they brought out only my airpods and said it was in the safe (even though they said it was not there at first). I told them that how come my airpods are here but not my bag. They said that they can't donate my airpods but can do so with my bag which is ridiculous. Another guy came out and said that they donated everything after 90 days and I have told him that my airpods are in my bag, why do you took them out and donate the bag, and if you look through my bag, you would have seen my information and called me. He said that they will not call anyone to find the owner, and keep a very rude attitude towards us. My boyfriend was so mad and wanted to call the police but he told us that the police can do nothing and left. After 30 minutes of waiting, they left us alone without any solutions. I reached out to a girl, surprisingly is the manager, talked to her and finally get some real talking. She admitted seen my bag a couple of times and didn't know why they took my airpods out. She said why I didn't call and I told her the story. She said she would try to find out the one that talked to me on the phone when I called to found my lost bag and said it was not there but there would be no way to recover my lost.
I really didn't want to make such a big thing out of it but this left me with an awful experience. I hope everyone can prevent this because many people that I know have had the same experience when they lost their stuff.
