Alatai Holiday Apartments

Stayed there for a couple of nights. Decent room for a decent price. Close to city centre and they got a nice pool

A friendly home away from home! Reasonably priced too. Close to city,but not too close for comfort,approx 10 min walk,with convenience store directly across from the spacious clean apartments. The large pool is very welcoming, relaxing and clean. Well managed and very well chosen staff. Well done!

Had to find somewhere to stay just one night in Darwin. Clean spacious basic room with kitchenette. Friendly reception, continental breakfast available, 15 minutes walk to city centre. Good value I think.

We had a delightful week in our modest room. It was clean, light, airy and quite spacious enough for our needs. We were on the ground floor so we had close and easy access to the beautiful pool. All of the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful (especially Su in reception) and there were lots of surprising inclusions in the room. Most welcome of was a sturdy clothes dryer!!|Alatai is in easy walking distance of the CBD (Maybe 30 minutes). It is also an easy, shady walk to the beautiful Botanical Gardens and Mindil Beach (maybe 20 minutes.)|Highly recommended!!

Average, budget friendly accomodation. Our apartment was spacious and reasonably clean. Beds and pillows were comfy!! A/C in good working condition.||Unfortunately I don’t think i’d stay here again, it’s very outdated and needs some work. ||Extra towels (pool towels), bin bags and toilet rolls would have been nice as my family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights. On request, staff were able to supply these items immediately. Staff were friendly and happy to inform you on things to do and places to go in the local area. ||The pool is great, well sized with good seating area surrounding. Our room was conveniently on the ground floor right next to the pool entrance, my daughter loved it!

Highly recommend staying at Alatia apartments as it's within walking distance to CBD, clean & budget priced! Hotel across the road for a nice meal 👌 Great pool 8/10 ✔️

Had 2 stays there for 4 and 3 nights respectively. Located on the NW edge of centre with easy access to centre in 5 minutes by e-scooter (great!). Near the Mindil beach and Charles Brown Botanic Gardens. Clean, spacious apartments with kitchenette including washer/dryer. Quiet. Very friendly good service. Pool and BBQ below much appreciated. Very good value too. Highly recommended!
