Alba Hotel Meru

The ambience was great ( 8/10). However, the service was terrible. We (party of 7) never saw the waitress again after she served the food. We literally had to beg other waiters to remove the plates from our table after about half an hour of waiting. The amount we spent vs the service received was very disappointing.

⸻ I had a wonderful experience thanks to Sophia! Her service was truly excellent — she was attentive, friendly and made everything feel easy and welcoming. What stood out even more was her incredible patience and kindness with the kids at our table. She handled everything with such grace and genuine care, making it a great experience for the whole family. Thank you, Sophia, for going above and beyond — you truly made our visit special!

This hotel remains the undisputed gem of Meru. The rooms are still impeccably maintained, the environment is spotlessly clean, and the staff? Jovial, warm, and genuinely welcoming. One thing I always check first when I check into a hotel is the washroom,,, and as always, Alba did not disappoint. Cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail are clearly a top priority here. The hotel's serene location in the Milimani area offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the well-maintained gardens add to its charm. The food was fresh and delicious—especially the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Whether you're in Meru for business or leisure, Alba Hotel provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and class. Highly recommend it!

Nice and quiet hotel in a Serene environment. Loved our stay there
