Alba Hotel Meru

This place was just awesome! The rooms are comfy with modern amenities. I loved the hot water showers with plenty of water. The Tvs in the room have so many channels. The front desk customer service was superb. Also we got continental breakfast with so much variety of foods. I will definitely be back soon.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not too big and we felt the luxury. The service is great and we were all accommodated exceptionally. The food is amazing, and really well served by genuine people. My only gripe is; we were told an extra bed would not be charged as we didn’t take one for our 9 year old, however we were charged an extra 3k for nothing. Perhaps help staff to make that totally clear in future.

Everything here was amazing. The food was great, the staff were amazing and the hotel is so beautiful, well taken care of and very well managed. The hotel is homely and will definitely be staying here again. It has great amenities, safe parking and play area for kids.

I am having food poisoning as a result of the breakfast I had today on 15th February 2025. I had stale French roast, vegetable rice potato wedges, a Spanish omelette, and my stomach is rumbling right now. This is the second time I'm experiencing this, after early last year. Avoid breakfast from Alba if you don't want stomach upsets.

Went with my parents for from 30th December to New Year's Day. Despite the brief stay, it was one that is unforgettable. From the rooms to the service to the food to the environment, Alba Hotel sets a high standard for hotels in Meru county. It is a nice place to wind down for the weekend with family, a significant other, or yourself. Prices vary depending on the seasons and the choice of rooms. Whether it is bed and breakfast or all-inclusive, whether it is a holiday or business trip, Alba Hotel Meru is flexible for your convenience. I am not an expert reviewer. This is completely based on my experience. 4/5 stars for me.

We stayed three nights with friends in family rooms, the rooms were great, food were fine, only thing was the services in the restaurant was not arranged well maybe because too many people in Christmas.

Very luxurious rooms and the ambience all across the hotel is top notch.I love the way the staff address guests by their name ...very commendable made me feel at home

I liked my stay. |Customer service is excellent, right from the guards to the reception, housekeeping and the waiters. Everyone served with a smile. Kudos and keep it. ||The thought of providing hot water bottles is fantastic. ||The meals are awesome ||The only improvement would be parking spaces. They're a bit tight esp in the basement.| This was my 2nd time and I'll be back.
