Alba Hotel Meru

I loved the aesthetics in the room, my bed was also kept warm with a water bottle which was very thoughtful of them. My time there was totally incredibly spent.

Genuinely one of, if not, the best hotel in Meru. The food is great, service and staff are absolutely fantastic, rooms and amenities are top notch. I literally have nothing but praise for this place. Highly recommend to anyone in Meru!

The ambience was great ( 8/10). However, the service was terrible. We (party of 7) never saw the waitress again after she served the food. We literally had to beg other waiters to remove the plates from our table after about half an hour of waiting. The amount we spent vs the service received was very disappointing.

Our stay at alba was wonderful. The rooms have been refurbished very nicely. The food at the restaurant was top notch! The service is great. Alba is just an awesome place to be

My experience at Alba was excellent, the food was amazing, ambiance was perfect all staff from the reception, housekeeping, waiters, and all other staff were very helpful and courteous this was my first time in Meru but definitely will not be the last I hope to come back in the near future. Just a suggestion if only the pool could be heated it would be a plus.

Alba is one of the best Hotels in Meru trust me when I say classy and delicacies. The lady by the name Diana she's so sociable, keen to detail and very polite. She made our stay there enjoyable and at ease. Hotet set up top notch, privacy 100%... I'd run out of space to say how great this heaven is... Congratulations🎉 Coming back soon

The hotel is located in a very quiet snd nice neighbourhood which lends to the peaceful ambience. The rooms were immaculate with comfortable beds; hot water bottles and extra blankets were provided for warmth in the cold night. The meals were sumptuous and filling; both dinner and breakfast were served in buffet style with enough options for all. There was also an expansive menu for those seeking specially prepared meals. Service was attentive and respectful tying together the good experience.

This hotel remains the undisputed gem of Meru. The rooms are still impeccably maintained, the environment is spotlessly clean, and the staff? Jovial, warm, and genuinely welcoming. One thing I always check first when I check into a hotel is the washroom,,, and as always, Alba did not disappoint. Cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail are clearly a top priority here.
