Alba Hotel Meru

Unfortunately I didn't manage to get more photos without other people In them,the welcome and hospitality was excellent,top notch customer service,beds were kept warm,kids were well accommodated, very clean , duration of our stay was short but it's a place I would recommend

Great food. Nice bar. Pool. Meeting rooms available. Great security. Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. Great value for the money. Some rooms have amazing views.

We have stayed at Alba many times, it is where we like to stay when we are in Meru, and we’ve always enjoyed our stays. They service has been good and we love the breakfast buffet. During our most recent visit however my wife became ill at 1am. The young man manning the front desk at that time, Amos, really helped me immensely. He helped me find a local clinic and arrange transportation and I am grateful for his assistance. My wife’s illness would have been much more difficult for me to manage without his help. We are also appreciative of Frieda, the GM, who checked in on us to ensure that my wife was well.

Genuinely one of, if not, the best hotel in Meru. The food is great, service and staff are absolutely fantastic, rooms and amenities are top notch. I literally have nothing but praise for this place. Highly recommend to anyone in Meru!

The ambience was great ( 8/10). However, the service was terrible. We (party of 7) never saw the waitress again after she served the food. We literally had to beg other waiters to remove the plates from our table after about half an hour of waiting. The amount we spent vs the service received was very disappointing.

My experience at Alba was excellent, the food was amazing, ambiance was perfect all staff from the reception, housekeeping, waiters, and all other staff were very helpful and courteous this was my first time in Meru but definitely will not be the last I hope to come back in the near future. Just a suggestion if only the pool could be heated it would be a plus.

I loved the aesthetics in the room, my bed was also kept warm with a water bottle which was very thoughtful of them. My time there was totally incredibly spent.

Alba is one of the best Hotels in Meru trust me when I say classy and delicacies. The lady by the name Diana she's so sociable, keen to detail and very polite. She made our stay there enjoyable and at ease. Hotet set up top notch, privacy 100%... I'd run out of space to say how great this heaven is... Congratulations🎉 Coming back soon
