Alba Spa Hotel

Service was excellent, My Linh really looked after me and even let me use a room to grab a shower when I returned to get my bags after checkout. Super hotel for the money and the Jacuzzi was awesome. Had it to myself both times I used it! Thanks go the friendly staff- service par excellence and the rooms are great too plus a free breakfast.

Wonderful stay in a super clean building. My linh in the reception was extremely nice. She accommodated us in every way. The jacuzzi time for guest was nice and refreshing. I would recommend no doubt. Also the restaurant was fantastic. Good prices and great food

Unfortunately we only had one night here. Just for the hotel we‘d loved to have more time. The rooms were really beautiful and the beds absolutely comfy. We slept so well that night. We arrived late and needed to leave early to our next destination. Due to this we unfortunately were not able to make use of the Spa but we had a look inside and it looked really great so that we were really sad that we couldn‘t try it out. When we arrived late there was a big surprisd because we got dinner served, we actually didn‘t know since we thought we only had breakfast. Since we were really hungry from travel it was great. If we come back to Hue we‘ll definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Alba Spa Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel’s location is also great, close to main attractions but tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service and a touch of luxury. Would definitely return!

El Hotel es optimal choice. Very clean, rooms well equiped and large, very warm and helpful attention by personell. well ubicated in Hue close to Restaurants and those who like it, as well to bars.|I just had as well the best massage ever for Back, Neck and head at the spa of the Hotel by Mrs Thao Niki. ( and with over 70 years old I think I can judge) |All in all, a great experience

This hotel did not disappoint. Excellent value. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful jacuzzi surround by living walls of plants. Amazing breakfast with lots of choices and fresh fruits. Excellent location near shops and restaurants.

Fabulous hotel, clean modern rooms, great breakfast catering for all tastes, and the added bonus of a fabulous jacuzzi for use at the end of a days sightseeing 🤩|The staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help. Our allocated room was a twin but when pointed out we wanted a double this was quickly rectified on check in without any fuss.

We booked a hotel room through Agoda for our family vacation, but unfortunately, something unexpected happened. Just before our check-in date, our daughter fell ill and had to be hospitalized urgently. We contacted Agoda to resolve this issue, and they agreed to cancel our booking, saying that if the hotel also agreed to the cancellation, we would receive a refund. However, the hotel refused and informed us that we would lose the entire amount paid if we canceled the booking. Therefore, we advise others to think carefully before booking a room at this hotel. It’s terrible services and experience!
