Alba Spa Hotel

A very nice exactamente experience — close to the night life and restaurants, a market. The citadel is 30 min on foot. The jacuzzi is nice in the afternoon. Great views and many rooms have nice balconies. The staff is very helpful, especially Linda. They can help with anything. You do hear a bit of outside noise but still sleep well. The bathtub shower does have this leak issue, as other reviews mention, but I just put in extra towels. Overall, it’s a good restful stay.

My stay at the Alba Spa Hotel was very pleasant which the hotel staff had mostly made possible. Their attentiveness to the customers needs, kindness in the delivery of services, and the willingness to exceed the clients' expectations are the reasons for my recommendations. A very special "thank you" to Mrs. Linh who's exceptional knowledge on the Hué tourist attractions gave to me many memorable moments. The daily provided bath towels and bed coverings were always incredibly clean! Sincerely, I am looking forward to my future stays at the Alba Spa Hotel. * * NOTICE * * An active neighborhood building construction project made the daytime hours noisy sometimes!

Room smells very fresh and it's a nice view. The hallways smell clean as well. The thing that got me was the elevator which was the complete opposite, very musty with the carpet in there. It would be nice if it was removed so it was cleaner. As someone sensitive to scents, I held my breath every time I went in the elevator. the complimentary spa is very nice, as the first time I have been somewhere with something like that. complimentary waters in glass bottles. I wondered if they are reused or recycled (would be cool if so!). There is construction nearby and you can hear it a little, but it can be ignored. If you are sensitive to those sounds, it may annoy you a little. I was able to sleep through it unless I was already half awake in the morning. I liked the vibe of the staff and reception here, very relaxed, you can mind your own business and walk in.

My 1 night stay at the Alba Hue was fantastic. Highly recommend for great value, spa services were very good and also great value! My room was spacious and clean, well-stocked, bed very comfortable, and the breakfast included was amazing and beautifully presented. Well-located and easy-walking distance to Perfume River, shops and cafes.

We had a wonderful stay at Alba. The accommodations were good, the service was good and the food was delicious. We had great service by Ms Linh and Mr Nghi and others. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi. It was wonderful bathing with plants all around.

Stayed at Alba Spa Hotel for 3 nights. Staffs were welcoming. Clean & aromatic room. The hotel's restaurant served tasty pastas. The location is amazing, for you can walk to tourist spots in matter of minutes. Thanks for having us!

Unfortunately we only had one night here. Just for the hotel we‘d loved to have more time. The rooms were really beautiful and the beds absolutely comfy. We slept so well that night. We arrived late and needed to leave early to our next destination. Due to this we unfortunately were not able to make use of the Spa but we had a look inside and it looked really great so that we were really sad that we couldn‘t try it out. When we arrived late there was a big surprisd because we got dinner served, we actually didn‘t know since we thought we only had breakfast. Since we were really hungry from travel it was great. If we come back to Hue we‘ll definitely stay here again.

This has got to one of the best hotels I’ve stayed while travelling Vietnam all the staff are so kind and welcoming and the rooms are the most cleanest the breakfast is spot on as well 👍
