Alba Spa Hotel

Room smells very fresh and it's a nice view. The hallways smell clean as well. The thing that got me was the elevator which was the complete opposite, very musty with the carpet in there. It would be nice if it was removed so it was cleaner. As someone sensitive to scents, I held my breath every time I went in the elevator. the complimentary spa is very nice, as the first time I have been somewhere with something like that. complimentary waters in glass bottles. I wondered if they are reused or recycled (would be cool if so!). There is construction nearby and you can hear it a little, but it can be ignored. If you are sensitive to those sounds, it may annoy you a little. I was able to sleep through it unless I was already half awake in the morning. I liked the vibe of the staff and reception here, very relaxed, you can mind your own business and walk in.

Stayed at Alba Spa Hotel for 3 nights. Staffs were welcoming. Clean & aromatic room. The hotel's restaurant served tasty pastas. The location is amazing, for you can walk to tourist spots in matter of minutes. Thanks for having us!

Service was excellent, My Linh really looked after me and even let me use a room to grab a shower when I returned to get my bags after checkout. Super hotel for the money and the Jacuzzi was awesome. Had it to myself both times I used it! Thanks go the friendly staff- service par excellence and the rooms are great too plus a free breakfast.

El Hotel es optimal choice. Very clean, rooms well equiped and large, very warm and helpful attention by personell. well ubicated in Hue close to Restaurants and those who like it, as well to bars.|I just had as well the best massage ever for Back, Neck and head at the spa of the Hotel by Mrs Thao Niki. ( and with over 70 years old I think I can judge) |All in all, a great experience

Unfortunately we only had one night here. Just for the hotel we‘d loved to have more time. The rooms were really beautiful and the beds absolutely comfy. We slept so well that night. We arrived late and needed to leave early to our next destination. Due to this we unfortunately were not able to make use of the Spa but we had a look inside and it looked really great so that we were really sad that we couldn‘t try it out. When we arrived late there was a big surprisd because we got dinner served, we actually didn‘t know since we thought we only had breakfast. Since we were really hungry from travel it was great. If we come back to Hue we‘ll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a super clean building. My linh in the reception was extremely nice. She accommodated us in every way. The jacuzzi time for guest was nice and refreshing. I would recommend no doubt. Also the restaurant was fantastic. Good prices and great food

Fabulous hotel, clean modern rooms, great breakfast catering for all tastes, and the added bonus of a fabulous jacuzzi for use at the end of a days sightseeing 🤩|The staff were very helpful and friendly and could not do enough to help. Our allocated room was a twin but when pointed out we wanted a double this was quickly rectified on check in without any fuss.
