Albamar Apartaments

A unique enclave, quiet, peaceful and green with everything a family with kids may need to spend relaxed holiday time. The ladies at the reception are very responsive and extremely helpful. The only minus point I could have is about the very small (in height) parking carports. If you travel in large family car like VW Multivan or large SUV, then there is not enough space and the parking becomes a bit tricky. Big thanks to the ladies at the reception for helping out with the parking. Suggestion to the management: consider allowing customers with large cars to park at the very spacious upper parking by the gate used by employees.

Stayed as a group of 5 people. Loved the apartment and the view as well as the staff was super helpful. Made our experience in Spain delightful, highly recommend staying at Albamar. The location is a good and gives private access to the beach. One thing to mind is if you don't have a car and do not want to order cab (quite affordable) then be prepared to walk some steep inclines other than that had no problems.

The apartments, family friendly, are located in a wonderful area of Lloret de Mar, Santa Cristina beach is gorgeous, as all the Costa Brava. We were accommodated in October, in a type B apartment, for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I found the apartment equipped with absolutely everything necessary for a longer stay (dishes, linens, towels large fridge with freezer, microwave oven, coffee filter, juicer, even dish sponges, matches, tea towels and tablecloths etc.) The furniture is old but well maintained, there is still an unpleasant smell in the cupboards. An inconvenience for our family was the presence of two single beds instead of a double bed in the parents' room. Also the cleaning at check-in, which could be done better. You can choose a daily cleaning of the apartment for €10/day or a one-time full apartment cleaning for €35. The safe in the room can be used for €4/day or €20/week. Being out of season, the restaurant on the beach was already closed. There is also a small swimming pool with a breathtaking view. Absence of an AC I guess is a big issue during summer hot days !

The rooms have an unpleasant smell,especially the bathroom.The location is very nice and the view from the balcony is breath taking.The staff is very friendly and helpful.If you want to visit be aware of snakes.

Our stay at Albamar Apartments had its ups and downs. The beautiful beach view and the charming garden with a playground were definite highlights, perfect for our children. However, some drawbacks left us feeling uneasy. The apartment's single toilet was inconvenient for our family, and the kitchen lacked a dishwasher, bread toaster, and proper coffee machine. Access roads to both the apartment and the beach weren't stroller-friendly. The lack of air conditioning made warm days less pleasant. Moreover, the incessant noise from heavy apartment doors slamming shut, coupled with the disruptive sound of chairs being moved across the floor by other tenants, became a source of ongoing frustration during our stay. Additionally, the small parking spaces posed challenges, especially for larger vehicles. Despite the positives, these issues left us with some reservations about our stay. While the location and staff were nice, these issues tempered our overall experience

The apartments are well equipped and comfortable, but it is the location that is outstanding.||The apartments are set in beautiful, wooded grounds that are immaculately maintained and so peaceful. The stunning beach of Santa Cristina is a short stroll through the grounds, but quite a steep climb back up. There is a lovely view of the sea from the infinity swimming pool. The reception will provide beach towels free of charge which is an excellent service.||You need a car when staying here as it is quite a way out of the resort.||The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, 2 ring hob and combi microwave oven. Fresh bread and croissants can be ordered from reception daily.||The staff are helpful and friendly and there are numbered car parking spaces.||This is an ideal place for a relaxing, get away from it all holiday.

We usually don't return to holiday destinations but this one is exception. Very good and quiet location, great and friendly staff, super clean and well cared surroundings. I am sure we will come back many times more.
