Incredible bakery! Tomato pastry was my favorite bite of the morning. Had to order the bread and butter for the train ride and did not regret that move.

Tried two kinds of foccacia, probably made with Nordic varieties of flour, and with a French/ seasonal) approach to toppings (Onion/ ramson + fresh cheese)
Centrally located in Torvehallerne, no seating options so takeaway is recommended.
Chocolate milk/juice is also available for takeaway.

We tried out the focaccia which was very oily, and cold. Probably not the best that could be. Not sure how fresh actually was. The staff member was friendly and answered few questions, however the serving process is quite slow, and the waiting time is high around lunch time.

Good taste bakery in Torveharllen. Tried sour dough, focaccia and croissant and overall it was good. Specially focaccia really tasty with fresh ingredients.

I certainly understand that this bakery would like to rid itself of burnt and not-fit-for consumption products, however, selling them at full price to my unsuspecting wife is probably not the best way to do so.
If your employee sees the bread is burnt, why package it and hand it to a customer?

We had a very good cinnamon bun in the morning and it was still slightly warm. Lots of butter on the bottom, squishy and soft. Delicious flavour from the added lemon peel and butter but it was a tad greasy which I’m not sure is like other cinnamon buns. Still great. Takeaway only as it’s in the market hall.
