We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful and clean, exactly as advertised. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. We loved the continental breakfast in the garden surrounded by lemon trees. Be ready to walk uphill to get there, but that’s part of the experience in these beautiful towns. Short walk from the train station/main town area

As soon as we walked through the door it was clear we were in a top shelf accommodation. Simon the owner greater us and was gracious with all my questions. A stunning 19th Century building completely renovated with high end Italian design. The home was his great grandfathers. Do not miss the breakfast in the outside courtyard UNDER the lemon trees. Crisp linens, gracious rooms. Location is perfect - a very quiet part slightly above the main square. Simon helped with our park passes. Quit the attentive host.

Crap staff, disgusting customer service. Don't waste your money here, we had our worst experience in 20 years traveling in Europe. Manager/Owner was very rude with us, he yelled multiple time at us just because we recommend him to send an email to customers prior departure warning that you can't go with car inside the town. If you care about your money and your trip just search for another hotel.

Educate your stuff basic principles of politeness - I was walking by and kindly asked if my 3 years old kid may use a toilet. I was kind and I double asked before even entering. Despite I received arrogant reply “do you see toilet sign here? This is a hotel, and not a public toilet”. You are not allowed to name yourself kid friendly place after such behavior. Shame

We loved our stay at the Ca’ d’Andrean hotel . Arrived at the Manarola train station late in the evening, walked through the tunnel and up the hill with the hotel entrance on the right hand side. The manager very kindly waited from us and carried our bags up 2 flights of stairs. Our room was very comfortable with a great shower and a large sunny deck. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings watching Manarola locals go about their day and admiring the stunning view of the town and surroundings.||Had breakfast each morning at the cafe right opposite the hotel and one evening had dinner at the restaurant further up the hill. The Co-op supermarket is also close by. Could have stayed another week and will definitely be back. Would be useful to have a kettle in the room although reception staff very kindly gave me a jug of hot water each evening.

Excellent small family owned business. Very clean, convenient location and excellent breakfast. Uphill hike from the train station, but well worth it. The owner was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Best shower and bathroom of all the hotels we have stayed in throughout Italy and Switzerland.

Albergo Ca’ D”Andrean it’s beautiful hotel in Manarola Cinque Terre !! Simone’s attention was very pleasant as was talking to him every morning. Our room was small but nice and very comfortable, we had a large terrace to enjoy in the afternoons. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We will definitely return!! Thank you!!

Big fan of this really lovely 10 room Boutique hotel which I believe has been in the family now for 3 generations. Refurbished I understand in the last 5 years or so, our basic room had plenty of electrical sockets, hangars (sounds ridiculous but 95% of hotels don’t), and a large trendy bathroom with a very large walking in shower (with two heads). The owner was charming and the breakfasts large with the owner offering top up of orange juice, cappuccino etc. Location is easy too

Yelp
Excellent and well run hotel in what I believe is the most beautiful of the villages of Cinque Terra. The trailhead to Corniglia is literally across the street and it's a few moments to the wonderful focacciaria up the hill. Breakfast is very traditional Italian- meaning coffee juice and pastries.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my stay here. Very nice hotel in a good location. Just take the train to Manarola, go through the tunnel and walk about a third of the way up the hill. It'll be on the right-hand side. No elevators, but you should be prepared for Cinque Terre elevation gain anyways. Rooms were clean and service was friendly. Bathroom layout was good. I think there are only 13 rooms, so reserve early if you want to stay here. You can open your window in the morning and feel the morning air. I didn't opt for the breakfast, but whatever they were baking in the morning smelled fantastic.
