Albergo degli Artisti

I had the chance to stay one month in Ferrara for vacation and study activities. During this period, I stayed in total three weeks in Albergo degli Artisti, in the historical center of the city - a UNESCO World Heritage site. All I have to say I was lucky (and now happy) in finding this great place: well located, super quiet, enough wide rooms etc. Towels and bed linens (pure cotton) were absolutely white and clear during all my stays. The whole place was very clean and don't fool yourself for the the old looking style. There are some bicycles available, not new ones but good enough to go around. With those ones you will look like an italian riding around :-) I have no doubt where to stay in a next visit to Ferrara. For typical, excellent and good price food, look for the Panificio Cappelli, two blocks from Albergo Artisti.

Albergo dei Artisti is a gem in Ferrara: comfortable, quiet, and clean with an excellent location in the historic center of Ferrara. I have just made my third yearly stay at Albergo dei Artisti. Plus Ljiljana the owner of Artisti is helpful and talented in figuring out what guests like and find important and adds these individual touches to make the stays enjoyable in a way that is tailored to each.

I pesonally spent only a night there due to a wedding, whereas some other of the wedding guests spent 2 or 3. we were all very satisfied: for 25 E you get a double room (ours had a private bathroom and a balcony), itß´s very clean and centrally located, about 5 mins from the very centre of the city. The landlady is very helpful and nice. ||Def. to be recommended.

The hotel is at the center of Ferrara in a really nice zone and it's very nice...you can walk 2 minutes to the main square. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good prices. Great place to stay! I highly recommend this place! The owner of the hotel is very kind.

the structure is in the middle of the old city and very close to the wonderful castle Estense. Rooms are clean and confortable with a possibility to have a room with a kitchen. We stayed there for 5 nights and had a great time. The price is realy cheap considering the position. I higly recommand it

The place was very clean and beautiful in the middle of beautiful Ferrara. The hostess was super friendly and make u feel welcome. I would definitely go there again!

great place, relaxed trustful atmosphere, very central, quiet, interesting setting with even a small kitchen and balcony ... what else do you need?||there was no breakfast included, but the nice lady indicted a fantastic bar nearby.
