One of the best experiences ever. The hotel is amazingly well located with flats and little houses on top of the city. All the kitchens are equipped with everything you might need, but the great location around restaurants gives you plenty of choices. The space of the flat is big and they were ready with a baby crib for my child. They also have spotless accommodations and the hosts have great recommendations.

What a find! Our stay in the Casa BellaVista suite was the coziest and most relaxing out of all our accommodations on our month-long trip through southern Italy. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. Our suite had a huge tub and an amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It's located steps from cafes and restaurants, a vineyard where we tasted wine, and a free parking lot where a weekly market is held. The suite was extra spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the beds were comfortable. There is even a drinking fountain in the front hall! We had a perfect stay.

I would have given 7 stars to the location if I could because our room was literally in the heart of Locorotondo! The room came with a kitchenette and a living area so very very spacious. The washroom is a bit small but that's okay. We also had a nice balcony on the rear end with a gorgeous view of Locorotondo!

Roberto was a wonderful host and we cannot say enough good things about Sotto Le Cummerse! This is a campus style property with a main office to check in and then multiple apartments around town as "rooms", all located on the south side of the village close to the office and main parking lot. Breakfast is served in a separate space that is easy to walk to from any of the units, and Graciana was a wonderful hostess every morning. We stayed in Casa del Vicoletto which was a 2-3 minute walk from the office and located on the ground floor just up the street from the breakfast room. It is a beautiful, well appointed 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, very easy to find and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. Parking in the public lot was easy and we had no trouble finding space since it was the off season. The town market is on Fridays in the main parking lot, but we were able to park down the street Thursday night with no issues and resume parking in the lot after the market wrapped up on Friday afternoon. Definitely recommend checking out the Friday market - tons of great, local food products as well as home goods, clothing, etc. - it was very fun just to walk around and experience.

My wife and I checked in at the office opposite a large, free car park and were then escorted by a very pleasant amn through the narrow streets to our home for the next three days. We'd only booked a day or two before and the available house (for that's what it was) turned out to be the two bedroomed Casa degli Angeli; a twin bedded room and bathroom on one floor then, up some narrow stairs to a kitchen /dining area and a double bedroom. We chose to use the twin room for easy night-time access to the bathroom!||From the second floor, another set of stairs led to a large rooftop terrace with a cracking view of the Duomo and a good array of furniture; perfect for a quiet evening drink or for a lie in the sun! This is the main attraction of this particular property I'd say.||The furnishings were fairly ordinary and the house isn't especially attractive inside but it's clean and more than adequate for a few days stay. Outside is extremely pretty; the location is excellent and Locorotondo is a perfect base to explore this part of Puglia. Breakfast involves a short walk down the street and was pretty good, served by pleasant staff in nice surroundings.||We had a rainstorm the night before we left and somehow this caused the lights to go out! A phone call had the owner (sorry, can't remember his name) round within a few minutes and although he couldn't fix it late at night he did all he could to make sure we were OK and we managed fine with the emergency lighting. ||Albergo diffuso is a strange concept and it's difficult to know whether to judge it as a Hotel or as a holiday let /Air BnB sort of place. If the latter, then I'd have to mark it down on the very basic kitchen equipment. For a hotel however, the presence of tea and coffee making facilities, wine glasses and basic cutlery would be a selling point!||All in all we enjoyed our stay and would at least consider 'Sotto le Cummerse' again if we were to have a short visit to Locorotondo. If staying there for the major part of a holiday we might look elsewhere.

The "hotel" has an interesting concept. It manages eight different units/apartments in the historic part of Locorotondo. Ours was very quaint and comfortable on a really cute street. We actually took a picture of the street before we knew we were staying there. The apartment had a living room, kitchen, bedroom and balcony with a view. It felt more like an AirBnB than a hotel and really made us feel like we experienced Locorotondo.

We had an amazing stay in our Suite in Locorotondo. The 2 floor suite was just wonderful. A restructured room from the 1700 with all the current amenities you would want. Wonderful views of the town from every room. Comfy beds and very spacious quarters with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea kettle also available. Plenty of free parking right next to us. Staff at check in was super nice and helpful. Gave us a lot of suggestions as far as restaurants and things to do. Plenty of restaurants and shops right at your door step. Will definitely be back!
