Stayed here for 5 nights - beautiful room with balcony - beautiful lake views. Hotel is really good - cannot understand how it is 3 star - should be at least 4 star. Lovely atmosphere - friendly and very efficient staff. Breakfast - well that was wonderful, really good choices and good coffee. Hotel is spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend Gardesana. I will definitely be going back. Torri del Benaco is beautiful - lovely restaurants at the lake front - beautiful streets.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff great location. A good breakfast choice, cold meats, cheese, pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt bacon and scrambled eggs. The woman running the restaurant 4th and 6th of September 2024 during our stay was so helpful and friendly. Hotel is in an excellent location.

On arrival at the hotel for our 5th visit I remembered why we keep coming back. The staff here are lovely, informative and helpful and we were welcomed warmly. Special mention to Doreen, Stephania, Martina and Tomasso.||Torri del Benaco is a charming, relaxing place on the edge of Lake Garda. It has many quaint local shops in the quiet lanes and is well served by lakeside restaurants where you can pass the time enjoying a long lunch and/or evening dinner. It is within easy reach of Garda, Bardolino, Lazise and Malcesine either by bus, boat or taxi. During the summer evenings there is often live music in the lanes which all adds to the ambience.||Facilities at the hotel are very good and many of the rooms have delightful views across the lake. Breakfast is served on the first floor including the balcony overlooking the lake which is a lovely way to start the day. There is also an outside bar which serves drinks and snacks throughout the day and into the evening. ||We were very fortunate to discover this gem of a traditional hotel some years ago and we have already booked to return next year.

Comfortable room and a great location right by the lake. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a beautiful location on a 2nd story balcony and kind service. The hotel has a free, secure parking area nearby and a porter service if you need it. I will stay here again the next time I visit Lago di Garda

We were large group travelling for a wedding of ~30 in the castle across the harbour. Gardesana seemed like the perfect location. Picturesque, accessible, well reviewed. ||After booking a year in advance, they cancelled our wedding breakfast with 3 months to go, rationalising they’ve decided they don’t want to do weddings anymore. And didn’t respond about the block room bookings we had already made. Thankfully we had not paid for those (booking.com- there was no direct discount) and were able to relocate to Del Porto (amazing- go there!)||Despite that experience, we stopped for drinks in our trip as their restaurant is separated to the hotel and well located to meet people. Sat outside, waited for service for 10 minutes, nobody came to see us. I went inside to use the facilities, and one of the servers physically blocked me off, noting customers only, I indicated to the table, said still waiting to be served, and was still told no, must order drinks first before I could go to the bathroom. ||Wouldn’t accept my new husband is perfectly capable to order me a drink. |So so glad that we did not have any of our special day at this establishment. We left and would certainly not give any business there again.

Wonderful place, friendly staff, breakfast on balcony so wonderful, romantic., beautiful view....unbelievable|From checkin to checkout it was amazing! We even got a complimentary upgrade which was unexpected and so nice. We will surely go back to this place

Stunning hotel with fantastic views.|What a treat to stay in such a lovely hotel with a lot of history.|The choice for breakfast was enormous so you won't go hungry.|All the staff are very friendly. Doreen on the front desk cannot do enough to help you.|We stayed for 4 nights. Rooms spotless and made up every day.|I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Lake Garda.

We visited many beautiful villages around the lake, such as Limone, Riva del Garda, Garda etc, but none could beat the location of this hotel. Great service, comfortable rooms and with plenty of restaurants and bars surrounding the hotel. Impressive breakfast and beautiful balcony to sit on. The hotel also have their own parking facility only couple of minutes away. (Pick up service, from parking lot, is available with golf cart).
