Honeymoon Stay – Simply Unforgettable Our stay was absolutely impeccable. This boutique hotel perfectly captures the essence and charm of Capri. Owned and personally managed by two brothers, their hands-on approach and genuine hospitality shine through in every detail. The entire team—owners included—goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional. The concierge service was outstanding, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. The on-site restaurant served some of the finest meals we had during our time in Capri—truly memorable. We were generously upgraded to a dream-worthy room with a breathtaking view, making our honeymoon even more special. An absolute must when visiting Capri.

Cannot say enough great things about La Minerva!! ||La Minerva is more than just a hotel. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt completely at home. ||||Our room was stunning: immaculate, beautifully decorated, and complete with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and lush greenery. The rooms are incredible and well-appointed. The tiling in the hallways and in the rooms gives everything such an authenticity that is hard to describe. The heated towel rack in the bathrooms is also a great touch||||The location is ideal: just a 5–8 minute walk from main square of Capri, but located in a peaceful, quiet corner. We’d been to Capri before, but this was by far our best experience.||||What truly sets La Minerva apart is the people. Marco and Antonini, the brothers who own the hotel, are gracious, hands-on hosts who take pride in every guest’s experience. They are hands-on and always present to interact and assist their guests in any way they can. They truly make you feel like family at all times||||Federica and Fabio, the concierges, are absolutely incredible—two of the best we’ve ever encountered. They assisted us with everything from reservations, funicular tickets and activity planning. Somehow, they managed to get us into all the right places—even at the last minute—and did so with a smile every time.||||Breakfasts were a daily delight, with beautifully prepared dishes, and the pool area was immaculate and stunning. Perfect space to unwind||||La Minerva is the perfect balance: five-star luxury with the heart and soul of a multi-generational, family-run hotel. It was incredibly hard to leave and we look forward to planning a return visit.||||We can’t wait to come back— if we’re lucky enough to find a room available. Its hard to find anything quite like it. This is by far the most special experience I’ve ever had and the most special place I’ve ever stayed. To start, the location is wonderful, the view is fantastic, the pool is great, the cocktails are the best I’ve ever had, and the food (especially the room service) is EXCEPTIONAL! Now, what really makes this place shine is the hospitality. It is family owned and by the time you leave, you will feel part of that family. As a single girl traveling alone, they made me feel comfortable and safe, took care of every detail, and I also got to spend time with them sharing my life and listening to their story. I had high expectations from so many people recommending La Minerva and they exceeded every expectation and surprised and delighted me in so many ways! I can’t wait to go back. This is a place that will always be in my heart and I will continue to come back the rest of my life!

This hotel is magical! La Minerva blends excellent 5-star service with the warmth of a multi-generational family-run business. The location is ideal, the rooms are immaculate, and the service is unforgettable. We were helped with funicular tickets, taxis, euros, activities, restaurants, baggage, and everything else we could ask for. The pool is immaculate and heated. My husband has a food allergy and the entire staff seemed to know- going so far as checking with the chef and preparing food special for him. My husband and I loved this hotel so much we hope we are able to come back. Do yourself a favor and stay here if they have room!

We just returned from Capri and a wonderful stay at La Minerva. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with every detail considered. The decor, the tiles, the artwork, the views. All absolutely stunning. The property is beautifully thought out and maintained; flowers and fruit trees everywhere; a warm inviting pool; a comfortable living room in the lobby for aperitivo. But most noticable and appreciated was the friendliness and kindness of the staff. From the owners to the lovely people at the front desk, the bartender, the servers in the restaurant, the housekeeping, I could on and on. Everyone is professional and friendly. It truly feels like you are staying with family or good friends. We even ran into Frederica (front desk) one evening on our way back to the hotel, when her shift was over, and she stopped to ask us how our dinner was. Thank you La Minerva for thinking of everything and for making our mother/daughter trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back!

What a place. It’s incredibly beautiful and looks like it’s been recently remodeled. Rooms, rooftop, lobby - all of it incredibly beautiful. Pool area is beautiful and relaxing. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible incredible hospitality. We’ve never experienced hospitality like this, even in some other high end five star hotels. It’s a family run business and they make you feel a part of the family. It’s as if you have someone in the know that you can just ask questions and they not only know the answers, they handle everything for you. You just don’t have to worry about anything. We forgot something in the room, and we were in a rush to catch a ferry - they ran to the room with my wife to grab it and tried to get her a ride back to the piazetta so as not to miss the boat. Antonino, Fabricio and mom (!) are there daily to handle every little detail. We can’t thank you all enough for everything and for the way you treated our family. Hope to see you again soon!

The absolute HIGHLIGHT of our honeymoon! Starting with the reservation process, the communication with Antonino and Fabio was efficient, fun and flawless - you could already tell the passion for hospitality, and that we were being looked after by human pros (none of those cold AI responses).|We arrived (definitely too early for a standard checkin) and were immediately greeted by Antonino, one of the 3rd generation owners of this gorgeous boutique - a nice chat and welcome lemonade on the entrance hall balcony, and we were escorted to our suite with huge sincere smiles.|Everything is spotless and incredibly decorated with authentic and original Capri ceramics. The pool is heated, the breakfasts/lunches/dinners are amazing, the location is perfect, the room was so relaxing, a turndown service with a different flower each evening and some useful information for the next day, and above all the impeccable, kind and genuine service by each team member. |I wish I could remember everyone's name, so we will have to come back for our anniversary to thank them again in person! |Anyone reading this, do yourselves a favour and stay at La Minerva if you're ever in Capri!

Our stay at La Minerva was absolutely perfect—everything about the hotel exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully maintained. What truly made the experience exceptional was the warm, attentive service; the Esposito family and staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and took care of every detail, from restaurant bookings to beach clubs and local recommendations. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

One of the best meals we've ever had. And wonderful service. Also very accommodating of my food (dairy) allergy. Could not recommend more.

Beautiful hotel in Capri. We were greeted with the most amazing hospitality by the staff which included a family member of the owner. The property was absolutely gorgeous and quite easy to get to once we got to Capri. The walk there included many designer shops. Our room was immaculate and decorated so nicely. The staff knocked on our door and brought us a freshly baked good and the most delicious lemonade! Shortly after our arrival, we walked over to the pool which was nice and quiet. There is a pool bar that served delicious drinks. Gino really hooked us up by making one of our favorite drinks (even though it wasn't on the menu!) Everyone we interacted with was extremely accommodating and sweet. We ended up just having dinner via room service since we were exhausted. The food and drinks were amazing! Unfortunately we only spent one night in Capri but we will definitely be back! We met many wonderful people during our stay that mentioned that they have been coming here for years.

Such great food and a beyond beautiful atmosphere!! Highly recommend this restaurant and hotel!!

Quite honestly the best hotel stay of my life. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and the service could not have been more personal, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is family run and you can feel that they are good people with a strong focus on service. We stayed in the "Emma" suite which has a large semi-private balcony for morning lounging. Views are great from most spots in the hotel. And best, when departing the hotel staff took care of booking our ferry tickets to Positano, our next stop. We will absolutely be looking forward to our next stay at La Minerva!

My first time to this hotel and it was perfect from the moment I walked in the door. The family is so gracious the service is spectacular and Kamal is the heart of this hotel!! The views are like heaven the property is kept so beautiful, the food is so delicious The lemon pasta is a MUST!! I can't say enough about this hotel, I highly recommend to anyone visiting Capri I have already booked my room for next year!!

We are so sad to be leaving La Minerva. It is a very special place with beautiful views, rooms and a very genuinely gracious staff. The family owners made us feel so welcome. The Emma room was gorgeous with a large sitting area and patio. We are in LOVE and hope to be back soon! Also,Kamal who serves a beautiful breakfast was so enjoyable and gave a great start to our days in Capri.

This small hotel is just what the doctor ordered. Quiet with a great staff, just off of the beaten path. The rooms are immaculate , with awesome views.

This was our second stop on our Italy honeymoon and it absolutely blew us away from the moment we walked through the front doors. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, from the decor to the views to the breakfast rooftop to the oversized terrace connected to our room to the pool. My wife and I kept commenting on how we felt the room rate was a steal for everything we received. But the true special part of La Minerva is the family who runs it. The brothers who handle the front desk were so friendly, warm, inviting, and helpful. They gave us so much useful advice and booked so many porters, boats, and taxis for us. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish and we will ABSOLUTELY go back there when we get the chance.

love love love. the owners, all 3 were wonderful. great room great location. I would go there again and again. wish they answered my email about the olives. Want to buy some but don't know which variety they were. oh well. best olives I have had.
