The BEST hotel experience I have ever had. The La Minerva Team couldn't have been more attentive, helpful, and kind. When my husband come back to Capri we will not be staying anywhere else besides La Minerva - the team makes you feel like family and we are already planning our next trip and telling all of our friends and family to stay here - you will not regret it! The team made all of our dinner and beach club reservations, including a booking for a private boat tour - they made everything so easy. We loved the rooftop restaurant for breakfast and dinner - there was an amazing singer the night we had dinner here and it was easily our favorite night our whole honeymoon. Our room was beautiful, location was perfect - can't recommend enough.

We stayed at La Minerva for three nights in October and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome — the hotel has such a warm, family-like atmosphere and the service is outstanding everywhere: reception, restaurant, housekeeping (twice a day!), and even small details that make you feel truly cared for.||Breakfast was delicious and dinner was simply exceptional — definitely Michelin-level, thanks to Chef Antonio Balbi. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Capri’s main square, the Gardens of Augustus, and all the boutique shops.||Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a terrace overlooking the sea. We also loved the heated swimming pool and the relaxing massage service, which made our stay even more special.||We honestly loved everything — it’s one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We’ll definitely recommend La Minerva to friends and can’t wait to come back!

La Minerva is a local family owned boutique hotel with wonderful amenities and all of the offerings of a larger hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. |Our room was wonderful with a great view of the ocean, a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. |The pool was wonderful with plenty of seat options and great service around the pool. |Morning breakfast on the roof was included in our room price and was always delicious. |The location is perfect with again the wonderful views, yet an easy 2 minute walk the the famed Capri shopping district. |A great stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were staying at a hotel truly cared for by its family owners, now in the hands of the third generation. The owner himself oversees every detail—guests are greeted with warmth and the genuine attention that comes from a family legacy. Staff throughout, including the concierge team, were exceptionally professional, warm, and eager to assist. We found concierge service to be consistently excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean and refreshed daily—linen crisp, surfaces immaculate. Guests regularly comment on the high level of cleanliness here  . Meals were memorable: breakfast offered variety and quality, and the food & beverage service throughout the day was truly impressive. Reviewers frequently highlight the dining as a standout feature of the hotel  . If there was one wish, it would be for unlimited pool access—being able to use the pool all day would elevate the experience even more. Final thought: A family-run gem where owner oversight, spotless rooms, superb concierge and dining combine for an exceptional stay. Couldn’t recommend more!

loved the cleanliness and beautiful rooms, but above all the genuine warmth and hospitality. we arrived after a delay and were unexpectedly upgraded, which truly made our day. the stay was perfect from that moment on. immaculate rooms and a lovely turndown service. highly recommend.

I now want every hotel I stay in to have a small, personalized boutique feel with a cozy, high-end restaurant on the roof overlooking the sea. ||The service was excellent, and the rooms absolutely lovely. The tiny bar made fantastic drinks, and when we returned to our room after dinner, candles were lit, romantic music was playing, a rose was on the bed...the hotel team knows how to make the stay feel special.||It may not have some of the services that a larger hotel can offer (e.g., full-service spas, large fitness centers, multiple restaurants), but I enthusiastically will give up all of that for what a high-end boutique hotel like La Minerva offers--perfection in detail.||I've been trying to find hotels closer to home that can replicate the experience--so far no luck! We may just need to wait until next time we can make it back to La Minerva in Capri.

While most of the five star hotels across the world forgot that their prime business is hospitality, La Minerva is very rare example of the hotel having hospitality as cornerstone of the business. Great experience from the booking till leaving the hotel, smooth, pleasant and seamless in each and every process. ||Hotel staff, including the owners, Antonino and Marco, as well as their team Fabio and Federica were proactively in touch with me from the moment I booked (that was about six months ago) with all the issues that I might have, including, but not limited to transfer from Naples airport, reservation in best restaurants, reservation of beach clubs, arranging boat tours and many others.||The property itself is also wonderful, decorated with taste and all necessary amenities. Our very large rooms had balconies with great sea view. Rooms were made several times a day. ||There is very nice breakfast on terrace, with big choice of food and great service. Thank you gentile Kamal:)||Location is also perfect, the hotel is just off the major tourists flows, but in literally 2 minutes walk from via camerelle, the main high end shopping street of Capri.||So, thank you La Minerva team for arranging this perfect week for us🙏🏻

Honeymoon Stay – Simply Unforgettable Our stay was absolutely impeccable. This boutique hotel perfectly captures the essence and charm of Capri. Owned and personally managed by two brothers, their hands-on approach and genuine hospitality shine through in every detail. The entire team—owners included—goes above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional. The concierge service was outstanding, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. The on-site restaurant served some of the finest meals we had during our time in Capri—truly memorable. We were generously upgraded to a dream-worthy room with a breathtaking view, making our honeymoon even more special. An absolute must when visiting Capri.

One of the best meals we've ever had. And wonderful service. Also very accommodating of my food (dairy) allergy. Could not recommend more.

Beautiful hotel in Capri. We were greeted with the most amazing hospitality by the staff which included a family member of the owner. The property was absolutely gorgeous and quite easy to get to once we got to Capri. The walk there included many designer shops. Our room was immaculate and decorated so nicely. The staff knocked on our door and brought us a freshly baked good and the most delicious lemonade! Shortly after our arrival, we walked over to the pool which was nice and quiet. There is a pool bar that served delicious drinks. Gino really hooked us up by making one of our favorite drinks (even though it wasn't on the menu!) Everyone we interacted with was extremely accommodating and sweet. We ended up just having dinner via room service since we were exhausted. The food and drinks were amazing! Unfortunately we only spent one night in Capri but we will definitely be back! We met many wonderful people during our stay that mentioned that they have been coming here for years.

Quite honestly the best hotel stay of my life. My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and the service could not have been more personal, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is family run and you can feel that they are good people with a strong focus on service. We stayed in the "Emma" suite which has a large semi-private balcony for morning lounging. Views are great from most spots in the hotel. And best, when departing the hotel staff took care of booking our ferry tickets to Positano, our next stop. We will absolutely be looking forward to our next stay at La Minerva!

My first time to this hotel and it was perfect from the moment I walked in the door. The family is so gracious the service is spectacular and Kamal is the heart of this hotel!! The views are like heaven the property is kept so beautiful, the food is so delicious The lemon pasta is a MUST!! I can't say enough about this hotel, I highly recommend to anyone visiting Capri I have already booked my room for next year!!

We are so sad to be leaving La Minerva. It is a very special place with beautiful views, rooms and a very genuinely gracious staff. The family owners made us feel so welcome. The Emma room was gorgeous with a large sitting area and patio. We are in LOVE and hope to be back soon! Also,Kamal who serves a beautiful breakfast was so enjoyable and gave a great start to our days in Capri.

This small hotel is just what the doctor ordered. Quiet with a great staff, just off of the beaten path. The rooms are immaculate , with awesome views.

This was our second stop on our Italy honeymoon and it absolutely blew us away from the moment we walked through the front doors. The hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, from the decor to the views to the breakfast rooftop to the oversized terrace connected to our room to the pool. My wife and I kept commenting on how we felt the room rate was a steal for everything we received. But the true special part of La Minerva is the family who runs it. The brothers who handle the front desk were so friendly, warm, inviting, and helpful. They gave us so much useful advice and booked so many porters, boats, and taxis for us. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish and we will ABSOLUTELY go back there when we get the chance.

love love love. the owners, all 3 were wonderful. great room great location. I would go there again and again. wish they answered my email about the olives. Want to buy some but don't know which variety they were. oh well. best olives I have had.
