Albergo Miramonti

We stumbled upon this fabulous boutique hotel by chance, and it turned out to be an absolute gem. It offers the perfect combination of warm hospitality, exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and delicious homemade pizza. The staff were incredibly welcoming and shared some fantastic travel tips that truly enhanced our stay. The rooms are newly renovated, stylish, and impeccably clean—serviced daily with great attention to detail. The location is peaceful and picturesque, nestled in the charming atmosphere of a quiet old village. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back! Ps. The breakfast was out of this world with freshly baked croissants , scrambled eggs , coffee , yoghurt and typical Italian meats & cheeses !

This hotel is one of the best I've ever been in. My girlfriend and I felt at home from the moment we arrived, located in a small authentic village with beautiful views, clean and warm room. Maria Florencia and Emiliano were the best hosts, and with Mr Guido in the bar downstairs with a nice choice of local drinks and good vibes. 100% recommened and can't wait go back there again.

A wonderful small hotel sitting in the mountains by a glacial river. It's sheer paradise. Although on the site, it states, under languages, Italian, the staff have a good grasp of English. Mariek, who waits on in the restaurant, can help you through the menu.The food is amazing with many local dishes. The hotel itself is spotless and has won an award for the quality of its refurbishment. We had a room at the front of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the valley and the medieval village. It was so peaceful.||

This was a great start of our vacation. We stayed 3 nights, and we loved it. The owner, personnel, everyone made our stay very comfortable. Enough choice for breakfast, for lunch go outside, they’re closed during siesta but around 3.30pm, you can enjoy drinks, wine, Aperol or anything you liked. With something nice to eat. For dinner, small menu but really tasty. Thanks everyone again❤️

The Albergo Miramonti is a small gem, hidden deeply in the city of Corteno Golgi. When we arrived we did not know what to expect after driving through the tiny streets of the old town. Then, we arrived at what can only be described as a small piece of paradise. We were instantly taken away into an Italian summer dream by the hospitality of the staff and the owner.||As we arrived in our double room we stood astonished by the modern, yet welcoming interior. We instantly fell in love with the attention to detail that was paid while renovating the room as well as when Pamela (member of staff) prepared it for us. Needless to say that everything was exceptionally clean.||Our “camera” was facing The Valley with our balcony giving us a nice view over the city and the river that is cutting right through it.||On our second evening we had dinner in the restaurant that is housed on the ground floor of the old building (the albergo was established in 1958). You can choose between contemporary, yet traditional dishes as well as pizza from their own pizzeria. The atmosphere was modern but cosy and traditional at the same time. An excellent wine recommendation was made and we enjoyed the night to the fullest.||We really loved our stay and can only recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable getaway in the region of Tirano. Even though the town of Corteno Golgi is somewhat remote, we believe that this just added to the value of our visit.||P.S.: When you are visiting in the summer, don’t miss out on the opportunity of taking the “Bernina Express”, an UNESCO world heritage railroad that takes you through the breathtaking world of the Swiss alps. Our tip: Instead of taking the official Bernina Express, you can also book the normal regional train from Tirano. There are special trains that carry open wagons which give you an incomparable view and experience! Watch out though, those wagons are not carried at every departure time, so make sure to check in advance!

Great experience. |Nice location, nice staff, good food and drinks for a good price.|Nice clean room with perfect service. The breakfast in the morning has a great variety of choices in food. You can order espresso, cappuccino or something else. Also scrambled eggs or omelette are available

Great experience in this magnificent hotel. Newly refurbished, it has a lovely reception on the 1st floor, cigar room, very clean spa area - free for guests in the afternoon - and the rooms are modern and yet quite welcoming and stylish. Half board is also pretty convenient, the restaurant on the ground floor is a very good one too with great pizzoccheri and local food.
