Albergo Egadi

We had 4 nights at Hotel Egadi while we were visiting the Egadi islands on a walking trip . The hotel was centrally located rooms spacious and clean .Breakfast was wonderful with scrumptious home made pastries made by Stefan who also kept all the guests happy with teas and coffees . But the true star of this hotel was the manager Daniele in all my years of travelling which is extensive I have never come across a more obliging helpful delightful person nothing was too much trouble he tracked down lost belongings booked our restaurants drove us to the beach managed to get some items one of our party had left over on the mainland . If I could give you 10 stars Daniele I would . |Thanks for making our stay so wonderful and seamless . Favignana is a most wonderful destination and it was made even more enjoyable with our stay at the wonderful Hotel Egadi . Bravo to all the staff .

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place has a warm, local charm and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was clean and had everything I needed — simple, comfortable, and just right. What really stood out was the breakfast — absolutely great. Fresh, generous, and clearly made with care. A perfect way to start the day.

We stayed two nights at this charming hotel in May. Rooms pleasantly furnished, uplifting views across the rooftops to the Normal castle on the island's heights. The manager (and his family) made us very welcome and were always ready to help with recommendations, bookings etc. Good location for stroll into the attractive town square. Recommended.

We love this place. It is beautifully decorated in a quaint Sicilian style. Our room was clean, quiet and very comfortable with a cute balcony looking over the narrow street. The staff are friendly and efficient and the breakfast was perfect. There is also a restaurant with Sicilian atmosphere serving decent meals. |The hotel is well situated close to the main square with many restaurants and a few minutes walk from the port. |We would be very happy to stay here again.

Excellent small & personal hotel 5mins walk from port and 100m from central piazza, so near bars, shops etc. Warm & friendly welcome - we stayed 4n - classic Italian 'trattamento famigliare' - very comfortable & spacious 2nd floor room, quiet, sea view from small balcony. Super restaurant - we choose the half-board 4 course a la carte gastro option (May & Sept) and ate a fantastic selection of fresh seafood dishes - fresh bottarga di tonno, alici marinati, home made pasta con sarde, uncomplicated but all very tasty plates. Some evenings Alberto & his wife ate in the room too - lovely white wines from area. Ample breakfast with fresh pastries, warm torta, savoury options etc - all served with a smile - owners speak good English. Top place to stay & dine in Favignana - we'd return just for dinner 😄!!

Our family stayed at this 3 star hotel in the center of Favignana Town for four nights in early July, 2019. ||||It was located on a side street very close to the main square and the owners/managers of this hotel tried their best to make our stay comfortable and offer advice and help us during our stay. ||||The hotel does not have elevators so if you have heavy luggage, ask for rooms on a lower floor. We had reserved two rooms, one for our children and the other for us. Our room was located on the top floor and while it was quaint and clean, it also had a large terrace but we did not spend any time out there because it was in need of renovations.||||We found the breakfasts average at best so we sometimes ate breakfast at cafes in the main square and we also did not have dinner at the hotel as their are so many amazing choices in Favignana Town.||||The island is amazing, fun to explore (by bike), not very touristy and very rustic. This hotel was adequate and what we expected from a three star hotel on an island like Favignana.

My wife and I visited this boutique hotel for two nights. It is centrally located- a short few minute walk from the arriving ferry drop off and also a minute walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, etc that are the center of Favignana. The owner/ hostess was friendly and helpful- in addition to suggestions and directions she ordered for me the delivery of a scooter at the hotel for the day. Our room was terrific; the breakfast and service were superb. We also had dinner there one night; while a little bit more expensive than a number of restaurants there it was well worth it. The food was fantastic- the dishes were a bit unique. And the owner recommended a red wine which was the best we had on our 10 day trip to western Sicily. Very highly recommended- a true value all around.

We managed to get the last room available (room 21) for 2 nights which was beautiful, clean and had its own rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating. The owners and the lady serving us at breakfast were extremely nice and helpful. We were lucky to be recommended this hotel by friends who ate there (they had an excellent dinner).
