Quaint, well priced and well located hotel. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the pool a nice bonus. ||Parking was straightforward. ||Staff were pleasant throughout and Francesca went above and beyond to help me.||Enjoyed my time here, especially with the rate on a single room which isnt available in the area I found.

Went there with a group. View was beautiful. Rooms were very very basic and the bathroom was wonky, but there was sufficient light (not in others) the service was great though and the food was very good.

Stayed here overnight before heading up to Ponte di Legno for skiing. Rooms are a bit tired. Service was great Pizza was awesome. Great view of the river but in need of renovation. Good value

We only had dinner here. Very nice service and they tried to find a table for everyone. For ordering we had to wait quite some time but the food came very quick. As the terrace was quite big, we could have known this is like mass production. That’s how the food tasted. Risotto was nice but looks like is was just thrown on a plate. Pizza had all the cheese in the middle and nothing on the side, not really tasty. Overall it wasn’t bad but there are lots of places serving food with more love! The terrace has a nice view over the river, lake and the city.

Was suppose to be one of the hotels in the Indulgent Italy tour but the room stunk of mould on entry. Water leak in the roof was running over the power points on both side of the walls and pooling in a large puddle on the floor. Wouldn't relocate us and as an ex motel employee, I hate being lied to that they where unaware of the major leak with the amount of mould. Lawsuit waiting to happen I feel. Felt really unsafe! The meals where amazing though. The salad 🥗 was up their with the best!

Nice hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was some of the best we had In Italy! It has a great view of Lake Iseo and lots of relaxing walks and sightseeing to be had. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you need. A highlight is the Wisteria covering the patio area with amazing purple coloring and smells.

We had a wonderful room with a spectacular view from the balcony. A lovely evening was spent in the restaurant again with magnificent views. The service was terrific! I left behind items in the room and the management was kind enough to forward those items onto Rome to which I am eternally grateful.

Standard hotel room. Clean, beautiful view of the lake, balcony with table and chair. The bed was comfortable. The pool and lake are very special, it is gorgeous to sit in the beach chairs out near the pool and watch the lake and ducks go by. They even included beach towels. Breakfast was the usual Italian breakfast (croissants, cakes, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, toast, ham, juice)
