We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Suite d'Autore in the interesting and spacious Fluidita room. It was very clean and quiet Ettore (owner) and staff were kind, gracious and took such good care of us, including great restaurant recommendations and booking private transport to and from the town ! The view over the Duomo was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious, including fresh croissants and ricotta cheese. The town itself of Piazza Armerina is quiet and beautiful and easy to get around on foot. Ettore was also our guide of the nearby excavated Roman mansion with incredible mosaics and also took us through the town. We would love to come back to stay at this unique and beautiful hotel in this special town!

The rooms at this hotel are quirky (or incredible). In our room there was a painted ceiling and an impractical round bed. The hotel prides itself as being a place of art and indeed there are many items on display. May not be to everyone's taste but it is interesting 'non-corporate' approach

Perfect location overlooking the Duomo/ Rooftop terrace where you can eat breakfast, they also have a jacuzzi and deck chairs to sit and tan with 360 degree views of the town. Each room has it’s own unique design and artwork. ||||Walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants in town. We stayed there when it was 40 degrees and the whole hotel including our room was very well air-conditioned. Breakfast buffet has some delicious homemade sweets and cakes. Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall a very fun, trendy and unique hotel to visit.

Amazing one night stay at this hotel with room overlooking the square which was quite magical to wake up to. The owner is fantastic and so is the staff. We were able to park for free right below hotel in front of the church. Had a comfortable relaxing stay and would come here again.

We were stranded in Piazza Armerina when the buses were cancelled due to a snowstorm. We could not have found a better place to stay overnight. The rooms are decorated in a quirky and interesting fashion. We had a fantastic view over the snow covered Piazza Duomo. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. The receptionist spoke good English and was very helpful. He suggested where we could get a meal nearby, lent us a phone charger and arranged for a car to take us out to the Villa Romana del Casale the next day. We had been unable to find anyone prepared to take us out there due to the snow. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and tasty. Even after we had checked out the staff continued to be helpful - when we found that the buses to the coast were still not running and couldn't get any taxi companies to answer their phones, we rang and asked if the hotel could arrange transport for us, which they did.

The hotel is nicely placed on the top of the city in front of the Duomo. Hotel has a special look as part of an art gallery. Each room is decorated differently - this may be fun, but not adding too much services. Rooms are a bit noisy - you can hear other rooms, also night activity in the place in front of duomo can be heart very well. Service is friendly, but overall quality is average. If you want to be in city center, it can be a good choice. If you want higher quality and coming only for visiting the Roman villa (which is outside of the city) other hotels probably provide better quality level
