Albergue Cuatro Cantones | Belorado

The hostel was fine, but I felt tricked. The beds were comfy, there was a nice swimming pool. Great location. The kitchen was not well equipped. Fun fact. I had booked my stay with Booking and then I went in person to check in. Because I was with a group and we made a booking in the moment under one of our guys' name, they failed to notice I was already booked through Booking. I thought they would notice, or their system would, but they didn't. I paid in cash (me stupidly thinking I was paying for the Booking reservation) but then I was also charged on my credit card. I tried to reason with the guy at reception but they didn't refund me.

We had the most amazing time staying at Igloo Rooms Belorado while walking the Camino Santiago and would highly recommend staying there as well as trying their restaurant Cuatro Cantonese. The igloo rooms are brand new and have AC, a private bath with shower and are absolutely beautiful. There is even a swimming pool. Such a treat!!!

This was my second time staying here. The pool is great! The staff assisted me when I had forgotten a pair of pants on the line. It was much appreciated!

All perfect! Pool and outside place excellent, rooms ok, restaurant wonderful (way above any expectation). The kitchen could have some limited more stuff like salt, pepper, napkin etc. Thanks for hosting me.

The pool is a huge draw to this place! I personally wouldn’t have stayed if there hadn’t been one. Not a lot of places to eat in the town if you don’t want to eat in the albergue. They are cash only for dinner which is a bit inconvenient. The rooms have loads of beds so it can feel crowded and uncomfortably hot at night

A beautiful place, with some of the best food I’ve had in an albergue, it was a big sit down camino meal and was a fabulous atmosphere and staff were really great. ||Lots of beds but the rooms are very very spacious so doesn’t feel cramped. One small thing that could be improved is some more showers, for example there were only two for the largest of the dorms, which meant a long queue after a very long day, but other than that was fabulous, would still definitely return.

The pool you see on the welcome page is another pool somewhere else. ||The place is modern and clean with an outdoor pool in the open. Their price is advertised at 12 euros for the pilgrims but when we got there, there was nothing below 15.||There is music everywhere in the building and the manager did not want to turn it down, I am a pilgrim, not a party goer. ||So we asked to leave and asked a total refund. She agreed.||I am still waiting …
