The decor is beautiful. They provide with a towel but no amenities. They have a cafeteria where you can eat (I didn’t use it). Customer service is great. I paid 3.50 euros to wash, but dried on a dry line. Clean spaces and very safe. This is where I started my Camino de Santiago. Pictures are true to reality.

I didn’t stay in the hotel, but the cafe is just amazing. It’s cozy, tasty and the atmosphere is 10/10. We got breakfast, everything was very tasty and healthy, and the price was really good. It’s a really good place for breakfast / brunch in Tui

Wonderful cafe! I didn't stay here, but as I was passing through Tui on a hot day, I stopped and bought a bottle of orange juice. The man serving me was so welcoming, and added some popcorn and bread and cheese free of charge. A great rest stop for any pilgrim.

Love this cafe so much. Very nice coffee and free snacks. Excellent services. We bought coffee at service counter and was lead to sit in a wonderful place at the back of the cafe. Great atmosphere and relax after a long day on Camino.

This albergue is a true example of excellence! Very modern and reasonably priced. We had a private room, and it had everything we needed. The bathrooms and toilets were also clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There's a café with great breakfasts and a small shop that sells everything you might need for hiking. We were very happy with our stay and can only recommend this place to other pilgrims!

Glad I stayed here on the camino. Cozy, clean and well thought-out accommodation with personality and attention to detail. Kind and helpful staff. Especially loved the concept of the yoga room!

We were a bit disappointed with our stay here after reading other good reviews. Firstly the automated system to get into your room is difficult to manage, it took my husband a while to get it to work and he’s a whizz at these things . He then tried to help others get into their rooms as they also were having trouble. Secondly we must have been given the worst room, it was very small, the window looked into an open lightwell and across from other windows including the bathroom window. We had a glimpse into another room and they had nice windows overlooking the street. There was nowhere to hang our towels let alone our clothes and the walls were very thin - we heard the girl next door moving around her room and coughing all night. Thirdly the communal bathroom was very small for the number of people sharing on level 2 and neither of the shower doors closed properly let alone lock. I had to ask my husband to stay in there with me while I showered. Not good for solo female travellers as it’s for men and women. Lastly we saw no staff at all. I don’t know if any staff read these reviews as this was mentioned before but obviously nothing has been done about it ! On a plus point bed was comfy and linen and towels were clean but you would definitely expect that!

This was our first meal and best meal in Spain! We continued to talk about it throughout our Camino. It was filling, nutritious, and balanced -- unlike almost everywhere else we would land. The staff were friendly, and the pilgrim-friendly gear and supplies in the shop were all good choices. Because it was our day 1, we didn't know how badly we'd want them! We had stayed across the bridge in Portugal, but definitely should have stayed in Tui here.
