Decided to work with Alberta Boot to create custom boots for our wedding. There was some bumps along the road in the designing process, however the hardworking team did what they could to make our dreams a reality. Please be mindful, custom boots will take 6- 10 weeks dependent on time of year festivities like Stampede. Overall, a great experience and now the boots are the most cherished item in my wardrobe.

I had the opportunity to visit the Alberta Boot showroom and do a tour of the factory the other day and it was really amazing. All the handmade craftmanship is truly amazing. Cicely helped me pick out some new boots and she was also just fantastic. She got the boots widened a bit for me and stuck around (I think after her shift ended) to make sure I and others had a good fit and got exactly what we wanted. Really impressive service! ... plus the boots look amazing!

I visited your store on Sunday and bought a fabulous new pair of boots and Cicely D was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic and informative and told me the story behind the boots I bought. I have attached a picture of my goodies. I have the information card on display as it’s a wonderful piece of history I was not aware of until Sunday. I will wear my boots with pride and pass on their story when I can. Thank you to Cicely for a lovely shopping experience and for the history lesson. My wife and I dropped by quite a few times usually on the way back home after a day out and every time was greeted with fantastic friendly, knowledgeable and kind service. My wife got two boots she absolutely adores as well as plenty of clothes for the two of us. The experience was great and we’ll likely both be commissioning two boots the next time we can take a trip to Calgary again. Highly recommend to anyone in the area and looking for a quality outfitter focusing on boots and once again have nothing but praise for the staff on the floor, the cobblers and work staff in the back and obviously the boots they have on sale.

We got our first pair of boots here and were truly impressed with the service. Grace was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and shared the story behind the product, making the experience so much more personal. We even had the privilege of getting a glimpse behind the scenes! Thank you, Grace, for showing us around and making our purchase that much more meaningful - we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent store, great service, boot factory is premium. Amazing custom boots and regular stock. Good amount of women's fashion, high end for reasonable price. Little bit of men's clothes, mostly boots. Great store!!!

What a fabulous visit we had to your main Calgary store on Saturday. We are on holiday from England but wanted to buy some cowboy boots. From the moment we entered the store the staff were so helpful. Gabe immediately offered advice around boots to help us make decisions. Whilst he was grabbing the boots we had chosen I asked if I could take a photo of the workroom through the glass. Grace asked if we wanted to go in. As a result we had a tour of the workshop & understood exactly all the work that went in to making a boot. It was fascinating & she answered all our many questions. It was then back to try on & choose the boots we wanted, where again they answered all our questions. My boots were a little tight around the calf & the happily stretched them & suggested I pop into the Banff store today if they needed more stretching as we needed to rush off. Not only did we get fantastic new boots, but we had a complete experience & it really was a highlight of our day. What wonderful, knowledgable & helpful staff you have! Thank you!

I purchased a pair of boots about a year ago and was having an issue with one of the soles. The staff was extremely helpful in dealing with the issue. Fixed my boots under warranty. Put new soles on both boots and they look great. This is a company that stands behind their products. High recommend them.
