Absolutely love this Albertsons! The store is always clean and well-organized. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making shopping here a breeze. They have a great selection of fresh produce, meats, and bakery items. Highly recommend for a pleasant and efficient grocery shopping experience!

I cant go into a store cause if my disability so i count on order pickup. Well majority ot the time non order pick up people use theses spaces cause they are lazy. Can rarely find a spot to park.

Nice store. Food a bit expensive. Don't need buy two and get one free fruit. Too much for single person.

Two different departments went above and beyond for me this past week. I was having a small wedding on Valentine's Day and decided to use the floral department for my bouquet and get some personalized chocolate dipped strawberries. Dominic from produce was so helpful and even texted me with questions to make sure everything was to my liking! They were so sweet! I wish I grabbed the florist name but on their busiest day of the year she made my bouquet with no trouble! We had messaged about inspiration pictures to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and it was beautiful! I hope these two get the recognition they deserve!

This location is disgusting in the summer. Tons of flies. Flies buzzing on the soup and chicken wings station.Even on the produce. Plus a lot of homeless in the parking lot bugging customers. I wouldn’t recommend.

The staff is always super helpful when I check out! I've had issues with coupons on their app before but both times the staff helped me to figure out the problem :) I recommend this location!

Yelp
Don't waste your time trying to cash your checks here, you'll meet all the requirements just for the old lady at customer service to come up with her own. In other words don't take a signed check to them bc according to that old lady you have to sign the check in front of her, not before, not while she's not looking, literally have her watch you sign the check.

Yelp
I want to thank the cashiers and managers at the Albertsons on North Main Street. In my experience they have been willing to provide the published discounts for even my mistakes. I recently purchased items on a buy 5 items at .99 each. I selected the wrong product, and they were kind enough to discount the purchase. I appreciate you!!

Yelp
Bought snow crab legs here yesterday for $19.99 per pound. Got them home, cooked them and found that most of the legs had 1/2 of the meat in them as normal, and that was the legs that had any meat at all. They seemed to be overcooked and/or freezer burned. I expect more from Albertsons/Safeway brands, especially at this price point. I won't be back. UPDATE: Thank you for the reply Dawn. I will do that. Appreciate the help. ISSUE RESOLVED. THANK YOU.

Yelp
We've tried this grocery store several times. Twice we've been ripped off at the cash register when discovering later our receipt showed we paid full price on "sale" items. Albertsons "digital coupons" are a total pain. Being newcomers to Las Cruces, we sadly accept that Walmart is our go to grocery store. Why doesn't Safeway show any interest in our 250,000 residents or El Paso's 1 million?

Yelp
Honestly, this place is decent. Well-maintained compared to Fiesta Foods or Save Mart, in my opinion. Pretty clean versus IGA and possesses a solid selection of what most decent groceries stores beg to offer: bakery, deli, florist, organic produce & ice cream, liquor, beer, wine, a stacked candy isle and even a little money-gram/smoke shack/red box-area that does have a modest selection of cigs, papers, movies, games etc. It's pretty basic compared to anything outside the local area. If your visiting, you may be interested in a quick stop. Word to manager/owner, signs outside are straight up unattractive and in disrepair. This place has some potential that may never be truly realized. 3 out of 5. Could be so much better if they'd step their game up. Prices are higher than expected, be warned.

Yelp
Clean, can get quite busy. Cashiers are fast and very pleasant. Prices are higher but keep an eye out for sales. Sale prices can be something to get excited about. Why Four stars instead of Five? I buy fried chicken once every few years because I'm consistently disappointed. (Doesn't matter where it's from--a fast food chain or the supermarket, it always comes to me like it was under a heat lamp for a couple of hours.) So while I was shopping they just pulled a batch out and it smelled wonderful. I asked for 4 pieces of that heavenly-smelling chicken. Got it home and when i opened the bag he'd given me what ever was left from the old batch. Shriveled and dry as New Mexico summer. I wonder if it was even cooked that day. One day I'll learn.

Yelp
Horrible store. Old, dated, dirty. Almost always have to wait at the meat counter for help. Sometimes there are two or three people standing in line with no clerk in sight. Meat is WAY overpriced. And the "fresh" fish display always smells like rotten fish! Store layout is just weird. Checkout clerks are not happy campers, and it can be seen by their disinterest in customers. They are not rude or anything, just vacant, like robots going through the motions. I go there on occasion because it is closest to my house. I wish there were closer alternatives.

Yelp
Great produce/bakery/deli sections... Checkout some the deals on the end of the aisle near the seafood department. I got a whole matching dinner ware set: 8 dinner plates, 8 bowls, 8 small plates, and 4 cups for only $9...it's a beautiful set too... Best of all: Self -checkout...now I don't have to have an audience if I'm just picking up some feminine hygiene products....nice!

Yelp
In this economy, trying to get the best deal has become an essential part of shopping. The advertising flyer from Albertsons has this annoying 'deal' where if you buy 8 items from a preselected list, you save 50 cents per item... the ad lists the regular price, and your final price after the deal. Today, I noticed that the prices on the store shelves and the prices that were ringing up on the register were significantly higher than the advertised prices. For example, where I was expecting to pay $1.79 for an item after the "deal" I was actually paying $1.99. When I brought this to the clerk's attention... she ignorantly told me, "well, you still saved the $4" $4 off the total that is 5-10 more than what you expected to pay is no savings, and should be illegal. It certainly is disgusting.

Yelp
Friendly staff and manager. Harder to work in an older cramped store. Should have a pharmacy. Great produce manager.

Yelp
What a poor experience. Went there about a week ago Trying to find certain items like the isle with the canned soup. As a customer I was made to feel like I am in the worker's way walking along the back of the store to the aisles. I was going to let them pass the second time when I came back from the cheese section (like they were inconvenienced by me shopping there). The worst was the checkout, a very elderly well groomed lady had a hard time writing a check, my husband and I waited patiently, she apologized to us. When we got to the checkout, the young man was absolutely rude, seemed irate that the elderly woman took so long. My husband said "Hello" and he just snubbed us. His name was Trent or something like that. He tore through our groceries like something was on fire. Such a poor experience that I will drive to the Toucan Market next time or go to the El Paseo Store. They have self checkout. The Self Checkout no longer exists at Main Street Store. It still is at the El Paseo Store.
