It's high time I wrote a review to let you know that, ever since I've been going to Albertsons, MAC has ALWAYS been one of the most friendly, helpful, and customer service oriented employees there! He always seems "upbeat" (but it's okay, Mac, if you have a bad day now & then LOL) and will do whatever he can to help you. Those kind of people keep you coming back

Went to the deli tonight and Cameron was amazing !! Then Madee helped check me out and she was also amazing !! Lizey and Ryan Road Customer Service helping out they were so helpful. Everyone was on their game today. It’s so nice when everyone’s helping everyone out and doing such a great job. This is why we shop at Albertsons because everyone really cares about customers. It’s a staff that make the store.!!

I have ordered to pick up fried chicken. The last 2 times it has been bone dry and not fit for consumption. Never again, will be shopping all my groceries elsewhere.

It's really crappy that Albertsons has let most of their employees go and depends on self checkout. You literally wait forever to get service. I used to love Albertsons because of the neighborhood friendly employees. It's better to go to Fred Myers or literally anywhere else.

Parking in the back for a trucks. It doesn't have everything but it's far better fruit and food than Walmart. There's trout sometimes and there's lamb meat. Maybe the Smith down the street has yeah down the street has more trout and more land meat but this place has truck parking in the back. And one restroom.

It has a lot of random stuff. But most of the time it’s stuff you need. It has good fruit and vegetable juices. The cash area is fast and easy.

Zachary is the best he went to the back and found items for me without hesitation which I don’t do often at grocery stores went above and beyond

Best meet in town. Prices are very low. They are very helpful funny and just awesome people that work there.

The large layout with wide ails, easy to navigate. Managers available to assist; even when I needed transportation to where I was temporarily residing. Produce is inviting and array of variety in stores selection of all essentials,retail, and groceries in parsable and stables. Lizzy is by far the best person. She's always helpful and seems to go out of her way for others. Very pleasant young lady to speak with. She should be running the Store in no time.

I drove 2 hours to this Albertson to buy a Christmas Rig Eye Bone in Roast for $4.97 advertised sale on Friday 12-21-2024 two days after the sale started they had not one in the store as the manager stated they never got it! That would be like having no Turkeys on Thanksgiving! IT WAS 100% FALSE ADVERTISMENT! I asked for the manager and she stated it was not her fault that they never got it. Yet she continued to leave the paper Advertisement at the front of the store showing the false sale. They could have crossed it out but no they let the shoppers believe they had that item for that price! Obviously we walked out and went to SMITHS to get one!

I've been going to this Albertson's since I was a child. I love the ease of it and the fact that they have the best fruit and produce of any store in town. I don't know what is different about it compared to the other stores, but I feel it is the best

Had what we needed and staff was friendly! I just came from out of town and just needed a few items for breakfast and picnic lunch. Pretty standard grocery store.

I always find a cake here for my family's birthdays. Chocolate, Vanilla, Boston, Tres leches, white cake, cupcakes, carrot cakes. Albertsons has them all. You can normally find a wide variety of flavors and designs available in their glass case or in their two refrigerator and freezer case. I've also ordered cakes in advance for birthdays and anniversaries and am always happy with the results.

We shop there often and get good quality products as well as things for our pets. We like the bake goods also

Went in for fried chicken, nothing they are out. And they complain they hate their job, do not recommend

Have to give credit where it's due! This store has the BEST employees! Always friendly and helpful as can be! I'd like to shout out a few people whom I have grown very fond of since I started going to this store. They are in no particular order but they're ALL rockstars: Amy, Eugene, Ryan, and Mac. There's also a female manager who I see regularly but I'm not sure of her name. She's great too! Thanks for all you do, every day, for your community. You're all very much appreciated

Pricing in Twin Falls location is atrocious! Not including the $5 Friday promotion is what prompted me to reach out. I am a transplant from Southern California where there was an Albertsons 3 miles from my home. While pricing was always more expensive they always had great deals on Fridays! I'm still getting the promotions and I'm located now in the twin Valley/magicvalley. of Southern Idaho. the emails are directing me To Boise as my closest location when we have a an Albertson's right here in Twin Falls! You've got working class people here that would really love the five dollar Friday promotion, would also get them into your store to buy other essentials! Start five dollar Friday and Twin Falls or you will be soon looking at closing up this Albertsons for lack of sales! And while I've got you how about remodeling a little! Fred Meyer's up the street has you beat on style selection and high (comparable) pricing! Look me up if you want more info. I Worked at the top food broker in Southern California for two decades, and my husband worked entire career in food sales and marketing. The Magic Valley has grown double digits since the California exodus and Californians are looking for the Albertsons that they know and love in Southern California!

Service was terrific. Mary is such a delight. I would wait just to have her check me out. Your on line SURVEY sucks! I tried fir 1/2 an hour. Can't navigate it. Called and she was no help. She said there were 3 boxes, use only the numbers. There are only 3 boxes. Called the store, no help. I never fill out surveys. This us why. No help. No way to complain. They have great service with fantastic help. The store is always clean and all the canned items are all facing outwards.

my family will NEVER go there again. The deli workers looked compleatly unhygenic and they served us RAW chicken. It was outrageously expensive to buy a small dinner for three people and it was awful, they need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the place. The state health district really needs to check this place out. it is not good. i'd give it zero stars if i could.

Absolutely love our neighborhood Albertson's store! Employees are great and do a great job of remembering regular customers.

Saw cases of bottled water sitting in the parking lot in VERY hot weather, several days in a row. Does the manager understand what happens to the water in these plastic bottles?

Albertson's is a great place to stop in for their daily or weekly specials. Friendly employees and good customer service. However everything normally priced is very expensive. This store is clean and well-kept. Produce is always fresh and the seafood is some of the best in town as far as selection and freshness. I only give Albertson's three stars due to over pricing of everything except daily and weekly specials. Stop in for a special water or drink but other than that I shop someplace else

Layout here is kind of junky and this is one of the smaller stores I've been in. Selection was a bit light, but it was kind of wearing on my nerves to have to constantly circumnavigate the store to find stuff. Location is ok, as long as you're not going southbound on Blue Lakes. In that case, you're screwed and will have to turn around. Not the fault of the store, but worth nothing. The parking lot is also kind of annoying, with endless speedbumps and painted "STOPS".

Not bad, good quality meats, coupon items are cheap but all around shopping is over priced.

Pricing to high and the store is dirty. Want to pay higher prices and be in a nice location go to Fred Meyer up the road. Or even Smith's. I remember back in the day when Albert son's was the place to be seen shopping. Now not so much.......

Went in for fried/grilled chicken (8piece-half of each) only to find out when I got home that I had 4 wings! I didn't realize this until the kids wanted seconds and I went back to get more out of the bag. Twin Falls, Id store #4139 Lisa-3809

I love Albersons meats, so when they have a sale I call DiDi in the meat department in the Twin Falls store and she does a great job taking my order and giving me quality meat! Thanks DiDi for a job well done!
