We enjoyed our stay at Albion; interesting history of building and update. The room was super comfortable, terrific bed and bedding, great bathroom, shower, tub. View is terrific! Great location for walking to town and cycling (we arrived on our tandem bicycle.) This site says free breakfast included, but breakfast was not included. There are many places walking distance for any type of meal. Thank you Dasha and everyone for your friendly send off.

Had an absolutely wonderful weekend at the Albion House Hotel. Room was lovely, the bathroom really well decorated and the food , we only had breakfast, but a great breakfast. Only issue was parking. Well sited hotel for our stay. Staff were really helpful

Lovely hotel and nicely furnished. We managed to get free parking opposite. Welcome was quick, just given key and taken to room. Only issue with room which was one of the biggest is no room for a wardrobe so a weird pole between 2 windows. We wanted a cup of tea in the room so i popped down to the bar for some fresh milk, they checked the fridge and also kitchen and they had no fresh milk in !!! So waited for a staff member to pop to the shop to get some. Thats a first in a hotel ??|The hot breakfast was good. but for 2 days running - No pastries, No granola, No yoghurt. Also when paying £215 B&B you dont expect to be charged for Latte / Americano as only Tea and filter coffee are inc in rate - bit mean |Service is random as they only have one person on at breakfast who has to do - food orders, clearing up, cleaning tables, serving food from kitchen, make hot drinks, and also deal with front checkout desk, really needs 2 staff on especially when a table orders 4 x Lattes|Whilst beds and pillows were very comfortable and nice Balcony, the hotels location is awful for noise - you sort of get used to the constant traffic road noise after a while in the night. However every morning we were woken twice between 5.00am and 6.30am by either glass, bin, recycle / refuse collection, cement delivery, road sweeper, builders delivery truck ("warning vehicle reversing / turning left" sound at 5,45am)|Such a shame to what should be a restful place. Probably the worst place we have ever stayed on the UK (inc cities) for really bad traffic noise that woke us up. It's not the hotels fault (apart from kitchen bins right below room) its just the hotels location is very noisy on a very busy road and it did spoil the stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic sea views from room. Staff very friendly and breakfast was superb. Great selection of tea and coffee in our room. My only negative was that breakfast service was very slow. Only one member of staff doing the breakfast service but the quality of the breakfast made up for the wait.

A really lovely stay. Staff are very friendly. The hotel has the most astonishing views (photos taken from the suite balcony) and the best cocktail menu in Ramsgate! It’s rare for us that a hotel is more than just a place to stay, but the Albion was absolutely at the heart of our holiday. We certainly hope to be back again some day!

Stayed here one night with friends and had a great time - staff and service were excellent, and the room comfy with a proper bath. We ate in the restaurant and the food was first class - nice simple menu and the dishes well executed. I had the steak and for once a decent size and thickness well seared and pink in the middle - delicious. Breakfast included was a full English - so for the money absolutely no issues at all. Give it a go!

This hotel is a real local gem and we were looked after beautifully. The rooms are gorgeous and the hotel has a lovely feel to it, not to mention incredible sea views! Highly recommend.

We live not too far away from Ramsgate but like staying the night there every so often as we love the old architecture and the beach and the surrounding areas. We have visited the Albion House Hotel several times for drinks and lunch but this was the first time we have stayed as a room was available at the last minute when we decided to go again for the night to Ramsgate. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we love the history and the decor of the building. The only room available was one at the top of the building which was a bit of a climb but we had a lovely sea view and while it was small it was sufficient for us on this occasion. The bathroom was surprisingly large. The only downside I would say is the general lighting in the room (not enough to read by for instance). The manager/main receptionist helped with the general lighting in the room by bringing a standard lamp up several flights of stairs! We also felt the lighting in the restaurant was a bit too dark. We like ambient lighting but I did have a bit of trouble seeing my food and asked for an extra candle. We had dinner and breakfast both of which were delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We shall definitely return!
