It is a little distance from the main airport but very close proximity to a major mall (Albrook Mall). Love the room space, which ws fitting for a small family. Didn't like the faint smoking swell that came up from other close rooms downstairs sometimes.

Booked, got email confirmation, but when I arrived, they told me my cancellation was successful! Had to find another hotel at 8pm! Poor communication.
Fortunately, the receptionist was really helpful and found another hotel for me.

I REALLY want to give this place 5 stars: Clean room, resort feel at a good price, friendly staff, an amazing short nature trail behind the complex (worth 10 stars by itself!) However, no hot water. I reported it, we left for a walk and when we returned I was told it had been repaired. It had not. 3 cold showers during our stay. I will say that if you order wings at the restaurant, prepare to eat A LOT!

Nice place to stay near the Marcos Gelabert airport and the Albrook mall if you are traveling to other panameñan cities and sightseeing the downtown Panama City area. It offers clean comfortable rooms with ac, WiFi and cable TV. Plenty of outlet connections for your electronic devices. There is a small pool to stay cool and a la carte restaurant with limited menu items. The food was excellent and savory. Will definitely return to this place.

I had a really start to my long holiday at the Albrook. I chose it so that I could get to Bocas the next day without any drama. It was a great choice. Check in was smooth, everyone spoke English. I had a really great Greek salad and glass of wine for dinner. My room (101) looked onto the jungle. It was clean and large with coffee making facilities and free water. I slept so well. Breakfast was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and eggs plus unlimited coffee. I chilled by the pool for a couple of hours listening and watching the wildlife then got a very cheap and fast taxi to my flight. Recommend.

Absolutely disgusting room. Floor was filthy, shower was filthy with dead bugs, mattress was stained and disgusting, and the whole room smelled horrible.
The curtains don't completely cover the windows so you can easily see inside the rooms and see people in their beds!!
My wife wasn't there 5 minutes and she called me in tears. I told her to call an Uber immediately and get out of there and to another hotel. (Marriott)
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Book at your own risk. The owners obviously don't care.

We grabbed a room as due to political protests we needed to make sure we were close to the airport. It was an easy check in, a super clean room, great aircon, well priced. I slept well in a comfy bed. It's a small thing but toast would have been nice for breakfast. I would stay again and fully recommend 👌 🙂

I travel internationally for work at least half the year. This is easily the worst night sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel. Stayed in room 114 (don’t recommend) since they blast reggaeton till 1:00 am just outside the door. People partied until 4:00 am stumbling back to their room. Doors and windows are incredibly thin and you hear absolutely everything. To top it off, the front deck lady told us, make sure you up at 7 to have breakfast before your flight. Got up early, oops, breakfast isn’t until 8 on Sundays. Overall just pretty bad. I’ve stayed at the Marriott on the other side of the airport, much nicer and not much more expensive. The only additional thing I’ll mention is that our friends stayed on the other side of the building and were far enough away from the music to not be too bad, but did complain about all the parties in the rooms.
