The room our second time staying there was good, nice mountain views. There was no service, just pick up your envelope with the room key/card at the office and upon leaving you drop the envelope with the key into a box just outside the office door. While there, the valve stem caps on both back tires had been removed and air let out of both tires. The man directly under us told my husband that a group of people were upset that we had taken their parking space! We arrived early evening, this happened around 3am the next morning.

This is a convenient spot to stop and stay in Haines Junction. There is a pub next door so food was easy and delicious. The room is a standard motel room. Nothing to be excited about. We also happened to show up during a music festival weekend so the noise was more that usual I imagine. Dang musicians in their room running through warm up session of their set list was annoying. Im sure he was trying to be quiet, but bass guitar and amp travel through walls. This isn't against the motel itself. We got luck with great weather and the view is spectacular.

I would have given more stars but we didn’t get much sleep along with most that stayed on that Friday night. Easter weekend. There was a group of local young people that decided to book a room there for a party night, they drank, wandered in and out of their room and staggered around in the parking lot yelling, etc. No one around to tell them to keep it down. Seems there’s no management on site. Dog poo everywhere outside, so watch your step. The rooms were fine. The cleaning lady was at least very nice and sympathetic the next day. Don’t stay on a Friday night.

Best rooms in western Yukon, good beds, clean and beautiful view. Only real downside is the wifi is Garbage almost as bad as cellular data speed in Haines junction in general.

This was a wonderful little place to stay. The owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Because of weather we had to extend our stay another night and she was happy to accommodate. Food was available right next door. Room was clean and had everything we needed.|The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. The towels were the nicest towels as well. I would love to get some for my own house.

Large, clean room. Friendly staff. Perfectly located at the centre of town. This is exactly what you want in a motel.

Booked the room with a card over the phone. Upon arrival, the office was closed, there was no envelope with our name. Called the phone number and the lady said our card was declined (gtc wasn’t turned on) so they gave away our rooms. Asked the lady why they didn’t call us to give her another card, she said bc she wasn’t the one who took our reservation information.

This is a surprisingly wonderful place to stay. The beds were comfy, room was very clean and there was a great shower. There was ample room for bringing in suitcases and assorted traveling stuff. The associated restaurant provided a good meal. I would stay here again on the return trip.

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel. Close to visitor center also very clean. The views so amazing! As you can see from my video. Bed comfortable. They also have restaurant next to the hotel and it's open till late. Wifi good, not the best. Slow but still working.

This beautiful little hotel was a God send at the end of a long trying day on the Alcan. Key was available in the after hours pick up as promised, room was clean and ready, lots of parking for our two vehicles and trailer, and plenty of space for our grandkids to run around and play after being stuck in the car all day. The views from the porch were majestic. I know that sounds corny but you should see it in person. You really should stay here !!

Drove from Delta Junction and stayed one night. Our 2nd floor room was comfortable and all rooms have a great view of surrounding mountains. We would stay here again. Walked next door to Pub 1016 for beer and a burger and enjoyed our short stay before getting back on the road the next morning.

We loved this place! We have had several bad experiences in Canada with lodging, but this place was perfect. Clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy restaurant. Super easy check-in process. They even have very convenient plug in areas for your car! We would definitely stay here again.

Had dinner at the Lounge. Sat in the sun on the wooden deck. Friendly staff, fast service, and mouthwatering food are reasons to stop by and enjoy. Come and eat!

Not a bad little hotel! It is in a perfect location - right beside a bar and grill, right off the highway and at the intersection of several roads - one of which will take you to Alaska. We stopped in here after traveling from Alaska. The weather was a little chilly (made it to -11 that night) but the room held up well, retaining heat (so much I was sweating!). The rooms were clean, had flatscreen TVs, but most impressive were the linens. They were thick, soft and unlike 99% of the hotels linens you'd find when driving in this region. Actually, they were better linens than any of the hotels I stayed at in my two week trip this past winter. There is free wifi at this hotel but it is slow and you are restricted to 250MB of data. Just enough to pull up Google maps to confirm your next day's destination...not enough to actively surf the web. They have a key dropbox so that you can check out at any time the morning of your departure, which is especially important since it seems that the lady that runs the front office also does some of the maintenance and housekeeping work and is not always at the front desk. They did a pretty good job maintaining their parking lot despite all the snow and the walkways in front of the rooms were snow/ice free. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location and a beautiful view of the mountains! Very clean room and comfortable accommodations right off the highway.

The motel is clean and comfortable. Could be somewhat better maintained. They are pet friendly. The restaurant is outstanding. The Chef is from Austria and does old school European food really well. A fantastic treat after banging around The outback of Alaska and the Yukon. A bit pricey, but everything in this part of the world is. Wifi is free, but only seems to work at the restaurant and coffee shop. The view out of your front door is breathtaking.

Clean, friendly and comfortable. 5 stars for the middle of the Yukon. Walking distance to everything in town (food, gas, etc...)I will stay here instead of Tok from here on out.

Simple motel with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable restaurant / bar next door and the view is beautiful. Of the places we stayed it was one of the better independents. I would stay again. Driving the Alcan Highway stop early for the night .

The room was fine, good location, quiet, reasonably clean and comfortable, for a fair *stated* (see below) price. The desk clerk, however, was quite rude. She didn't meet her own promise about the time when we could check in (and she seemed to be in a running battle with the maids about which rooms were to be prepared in what order), refused to honor the rate for which we had a confirmed reservation, and generally provided (precious little) service with a snarl.
