ALCÁZAR ANDALUSÍ TAPAS

What a superb place for tapas! Atmosphere and courtyard-based location both superb and away from all road noise. Service was fast and efficient and friendly. Drinks great. Food was superb : some unusual tapas that we’ve never had before and all were delicious and of fantastic quality. Edit: we returned two days later for dinner. Both our meals were high quality, staff friendly, helpful and efficient. And our cheesecake was the best cheesecake I have EVER had. Superb.

This was THE BEST (!) meal we had during our stay in Sevilla. We ordered some tapas and main dishes, all to share. Everything was so good, but especially the Tuna Tatar, the fried calamari (as a main) and the beef fillet. We even ordered the Tuna Tatar twice, it was that good! The wines are not to miss, we tried three different wines (2x red, 1x rose dry) and they were all really good. The team was also very friendly.

Thank you so much, Hassan, for the great experience at your restaurant. The food was truly delicious, the service was impressively fast, and the staff were very attentive and kind. It really made a difference to feel so well taken care of. We had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back!

Walking around the streets of Seville, we stumbled across this restaurant just setting up for the day at noon. As it was a Saturday lunch time, we didn’t need a reservation and easily got a seat. Instead of going for tapas, today we decided to try the Seafood Paella and Pork Cheek plates, accompanied with the tap beer to wash it all down on a very hot summer’s day. Thoughts - restaurant was cosy, seats were comfortable and the temperature inside was nicely air conditioned. The wait staff were attentive, friendly and more than able to cope with English speakers (menu in fact, comes in three languages). As to the food. My husband particularly complimented the warm bread rolls - crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - he relished every bite and also used them to soak up the sauces from the pork cheeks. The pork cheeks were a knockout, beautifully slow cooked, fall apart tender and accompanied by some perfectly fried potatoes with sauce. The seafood paella was hot, tasty and delicious. A must go if in Seville.

We went last day of our holiday, and after trying lots of different restaurants we can say that it was the best meal we had. We took different tapas dishes to taste and they were all so good. To top it off we took lava cake and choc and orange cake . Everything was so delicious, staff is incredible friendly, especially Hassan that took good care of us. Another thing which we liked is that staff can communicate with English and it made it easier for us to order. Best place you can eat at Seville

To start, the food is amazing! We had the paella and the beef medallion steak, and it was so so great. Also a huge shoutout to our host Hassan! He was the best, very friendly, talkative and just great vibes overall. Would 100% recommend this place and we are definitely coming back here :)

The food is great, especially the pork dishes (we had the iberian pork steak and pork cheeks) and the shrimp twisters, and it was quickly served. The boquerones were also very good. I appreciated a lot the fact that almost all dishes came with a small side salad. The sangria is not the greatest, but not terrible either. For desert we had the orange and dark chocolate cake which was very flavourful.

First night in seville, and the food was amazing. Every bite was delicious. Hassan was really good at recommending the food and telling us about the restaurant and how the inspiration behind the dishes came from. Even though we were past closing time, they didn't hesitate serving us those two delicious desserts 😋🤤Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner and would definitely recommend this place to all. Thank you, Hassan, for the warm welcome to our first night in Seville. ❤️
