This place has the best breakfast menu that I’ve seen in the area. All of the options are super creative and delicious, not to mention a little healthy (need some greens now and then too). I had the spring eggs and they were perfectly seasoned with many different flavors. Super delicious. Good selection of coffee and teas too.

We came for breakfast on a busy Sunday and were welcomed warmly from the start. While the wait was expected given the rush, it wasn't too long, and the food and coffee were both excellent. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a charming and thoughtful design that created a relaxed vibe—perfect for a slow, leisurely breakfast. The seasonal selection of teas was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of flavors that complemented the meal nicely. Overall, it was a great experience: friendly service, delicious food, and a comfortable space to enjoy the morning. We'll definitely be back for another visit for dinner

Generally good place to eat, you can visit better restaurant but also worse. We already have been in this restaurant a few times and in generally tastes are good but always something was missing - for example meat emollience.

Nice place for breakfast in Kazimierz. We went back 3 times for their eggs benedict and cappuccino. Attentive and quick service. Dog friendly too!

Hip, quirky international restaurant with cool interiors, vibes all round, and tucked away from the tourist crowds in Kazimierz. Chill atmosphere and creative menu that skirts around Slavic flavours with fusion-leaning cuisine. The lunch dishes are colourful, full of fresh ingredients, and a lighter iteration of Polish fare, despite the very generous servings. Beautiful setting, unpretentious service and insane value for money. My tip: Try the refreshing, flavourful cocktails, especially on a hot day - they are pretty to look at, and just the perfect amount of afternoon buzz for a walk back to stare miasto <3

Went to Alchemia for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed their breakfast options (and music playlist)! It was a really relaxed atmosphere and nobody rushes you to get moving after your meal. We decided to go back again for brunch today and was not disappointed! As we don’t eat bacon with pancakes, the waiters were happy to swap it out for blueberries. The latte was really well done too. Plus point: seems pet friendly!

Unbelievable this kind of quality food for such price. Is amazing. Coming back

I had a quite good chicken burger my partner had an awful tofu noodle stir fry. Quite nice veg but just drenched in a shop-bought tasting hosin style too sweet sauce. Borderline inedible.

Yelp
Probably the best meal I've had in Krakow. Seriously. I had the halloumi falafel salad and it was AWESOME. I added tofu for a little extra fuel and dayyyyyyyum was if good. Don't get fooled by Alchemia, the other bar/restaurant that's connected to this one. They have a back door entrance and behold, you go from old school Alchemia to modern, sleek, hipster Alchemia od Kuchni! So happy I found this spot, many thanks to some recommendations from friends who have been as well as my Airbnb hosts. Tourists and locals, they all agree on this place.

Yelp
Fantastic spot for brunch. Came here on our last day and wished we'd found it before because we would have been regulars. Great coffee. Great fresh orange juice and beautiful eggs benedict. Other dishes on other tables looked equally good. There were a few kids in the restaurant as well so good for families. There is a bar with the same name which is connected but the restaurant is on the side road. As everywhere in Krakow, very reasonable prices. You would pay at least double in every other tourist city in Europe.

Yelp
This place is a bit hit or miss. My boyfriend had eaten here a couple of times already and always had good experiences, so he convinced me to give it a try. We ordered a classic burger (no bacon or cheese, it costs extra) and a Superfood Salad. The burger was alright, although cooked well-done which you have to like. The hand-cut fries were a bit soggy, I would prefer them crispier. The Superfood Salad was more of a let-down. First of all, it was under 'Main Courses', but would have just enough for a starter; it cannot have contained more than a quarter pomegranate and a few pieces of cucumber and tomatoes. Lastly, the salad leaves were rather bruised, far from crispy. It has to be said though, the concept of Superfood Salad is very nice and it was a first time I ever ate grilled watermelon. Also, the two pieces of bread were very good. All-in all, if only they'd slightly step up the quantity this was a winner (Beer House Pub on Florianska does a copious and cheaper vegetarian salad - no affiliation). A final note on the decoration then: clean and modern. Hipster.

Yelp
Visited Poland for 3 weeks and wanted something different. Thinking this restaurant was in the center of Kazimierz, we assumed it would be a good place. We arrived and would barely breathe because the ventilation was so poor, and this was in the nonsmoking area. The food was poor in quality, and the Pad Thai with Shrimp was the worst. Walking through the armoire door to the "smoking" room was pretty cool though!

Yelp
"Alchemia od kuchni" is a restaurant part of a famous "Alchemia club" in Krakow. It has a separate entrance and consists of one big room with a simple, modern interior design. The highlight of the place is a big raindeer head decoration on one of the walls ;) The menu list at the place is quite short and consists mainly of hamburgers, fish and meat. There are also some modern cuisine dishes available. The quality of the food is okay however nothing that would really steal my heart so I give them only strong three stars.

Yelp
Sitting in the front half of this business in the original Alchemia which is a pretty famous little spot in itself and writing about the establishment posterior. The Kuchnia half isn't as character-ful as the front. Neat menu, not Hogwarts and hocus pocus. Clean menu, good service. Food definitely a value considering the area. Not much on circus, the unseen cooks do a pretty good job of making your mouth water. They trip up on the freshness of some of the ingredients. A nice big couple of plates, but my plate of strawberries was quite past its shelf life. Buen trabajo, chicos, but there should be a some fresh berries on there if I'm paying for it. Tak? Overall, good little place to get some fresh spins on cultural favorites in a hip hood. Give it a whirl. Don't know if it is culturally acceptable to send stuff back though? Maybe this won't be your experience. But.... That's why we write these reviews.

Yelp
Perfect place for breakfast! I had the eggs royale (poached on a bed of smoked salmon, sauteed spinach and Polish bread) and we had the pancakes to share. Everything was so good! The portion sizes were really generous, and we spend around 40 zloty a person, including orange juice and a latte!

Yelp
This place has a nice atmosphere and a very nice breakfast menu. We both had chorizo hash browns with spinach and poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Very tasty!

Yelp
This was the first place I ate at in Kraków. I was incredibly jet lagged and ordered fish and chips, that were incredibly tasty. Anything fried, is okay in my book as long as it tastes like it originally did. Plus, this place has a great bar that I love to frequent for low cost beer after work.

Yelp
I found this restaurant as I was looking for lunch. This place had a few people in it, and advertised a lunch special with soup. Done! I'll have the lunch special! The place looks really cool, and the menu is a bit diverse. The lunch special included creamy potato soup with bacon!!! So I didn't need to even bother with the menu. And the soup was just what this cold winter day needed. Rich and creamy, with crispy bacon bits on top. The peppery heat warmed me right up.

Yelp
Always tasty with some very original lunch options. This time had a soup with mussels and a little beef barbecue - delicious.

Yelp
We had a late lunch/early dinner at this place and got the tofu coconut soup, a burger, and wine. It was typical bistro food - nothing particularly memorable, but everything seemed fresh and was pretty tasty. Fast service, great for a quick meal in Kazimierz.

Yelp
Opens early, great for breakfast and lunch. They impressed me when I asked for gluten free breakfast: my poached eggs supposed to be accompanied by a side salad... I got a huge salad with their special creamy dressing and marinated red onions. Delicious.

Yelp
I liked: the halloumi burger - the falafels - the place - friendly service To be improved: french fries - propose large bottles of water

Yelp
While wandering the Kazimierz (Jewish Quarter) in Krakow we stumbled upon this fabulous little bar and, drawn by a great "outside vibe", we wandered in. We were immediately smitten by the great music, dim yet warm lighting, and it's "New Orleans-esque" vibe. There is lots of seating at comfortable wood tables and chairs inside (the place is much bigger than it looks when you first walk in), and there is seating along the long side of the bar outdoors as well (*note: lots and lots of smokers in Poland so the outside area was pretty much occupied by cigarette smoke - not our thing). A broad mix of folks visit this place - students, business types, tourists (fewer of those) and obvious regulars. Interesting note: there is no table service for drinks. You join others at the small bar to order drinks, and take them to your table. If you order food they will bring it out to you. There are not many staff, but the ones who are there are friendly and briskly efficient. Finally, and from a North American's perspective, the drinks are wildly cheap. Each night we were there we sat and drank several shots of Zubrowka vodka (accompanied by apple juice chasers - a classic drink in Poland) -- worked out to about CDN $2.00/shot! We didn't sample much of the food menu, but the one thing we did have - nachos - impressed with the fact that the nacho chips were clearly freshly made in-house. Many of the food dishes that passed by on the way to other tables looked really good, so we'll definitely try more food the next time we're back in Krakow.

Yelp
We went for wine and beer and appetizers as our AirBNB host had recommended it. The service was not that friendly, but the food was good and the prices were inexpensive. We had the Spanish chorizo appetizer and a salad with fried cheese. Both were flavorful and well presented. We would recommend.

Yelp
I like the ambiance and wine there. The choice of beers is disappointing. So is the cuisine. Sweet potatoes and fries overcooked. Like they were fried and baked several times. Chorizo is fine. Olives without pits. Burger buns are sweet. Duck overcooked. We had breakfast once and Rucola was dying on our plates. I love Alchemia but don't eat there!

Yelp
Extremely happy with my breakfast at this place. Will definitely come back! The portions were a bit small but the taste made up for it. I enjoyed the eggs benedict very much

Yelp
This was our first and last time here, service was okay but food was poor unfortunately as we heard some good opinions about this place. We took classic burger with additional bacon which should be crispy but was far away from this state, which is kind a dissapointing when you pay additional money for it and I have completely no clue what some white sauce was doing in burger beside killing taste if meat. Second dish was curry chicken with naan bread, instead of it we got small...pita. Also chicken itself was very greasy.
