Randi has been doing my hair for the last 8 years and is a true miracle worker. I came to her to fix my hair after years of sew in extensions left my scalp damaged, and hair broken and brittle. Not only did she completely revive my existing hair, she is a true master of healthy hand tied extensions and an amazing colorist!

Randi has been coloring my hair for almost 10 years and she is truly amazing at what she does. She’s a master of color and so knowledgeable about hair health, color, extensions, and more. She’s always professional, caring, and takes such pride in her work. Alchemy Salon is clean, welcoming, and a place I genuinely enjoy going to. Top-notch experience every time. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Randi since I was a child, I don’t think I’ve ever left her chair not feeling great about my hair! I’ve had a ton of services from Randi like having fashion colors, going blonde, sooo many haircuts from tons of layers to doing “the big chop”, and even had extensions from her for a while! No matter the service, Randi always makes sure to put her all into it and educate all her clients on best practices for their hair. An added bonus to the whole experience is Cole (scheduling/reception) who is always super helpful (and very funny!!). While Randi does AMAZING extension services, she is a woman of all trades when it comes to hair and I can’t recommend her enough! Always a great experience at Alchemy 😊

She’s a perfectionist with hair color, which I really appreciate. As a bonus, Randi and I are always having interesting conversations while Cole, Randi’s fiancé, keeps us laughing. I can’t say enough good things about Alchemy. From the second you walk in, the vibe is amazing—Cole, somehow always has me laughing before I even get to the chair. He also works absolute magic when life happens and my schedule refuses to cooperate, and somehow always makes things work. And yes, I travel all the way from Columbus to come here—but as someone who is Cleveland through and through, Columbus to Cleveland for great hair is a no-brainer. Randi is truly next-level. She keeps my hair looking flawless for everyday life and absolutely unreal for special occasions. She did my hair for my wedding, complete with custom hot pink extensions, and it was pure perfection. I always leave with amazing hair, great energy, and sore cheeks from laughing. Elite talent, unbeatable vibes, and 100% worth the drive—every single time
