From the moment I walked into the café in downtown Dripping Springs, I knew I was in for something special. The ambience feels fresh yet grounded, the kind of place where you can linger with a drink and truly savor it. Their focus isn’t just on flavor—it’s on wellness. Every juice is cold-pressed, every latte made with preservative-free nut “mylk,” and every ingredient organic (or heading toward certified status).  What strikes me most is the uncompromising attention to quality: the 16 oz bottles of juice contain a full 2 lbs of raw, organic produce.  And the espresso and elixir menu? A latte made with house–made vanilla nut mylk—yes, they go there.  It’s the kind of spot that feels ahead of the curve for Austin-area wellness, yet relaxed in a way that doesn’t feel pretentious. The team clearly cares about the product and the experience. Now—full transparency: yes, the pricing is way higher than your average café. But you’re not just paying for a coffee. You’re paying for elevated ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and the kind of place that makes you feel like you could order that smoothie or bowl as a treat and a health boost. I love getting drinks here. I’ve gone here a few times, but recently I have loved coming more often because of the service I receive from Shelby. She is just so friendly and bubbly, and always makes me feel super welcomed. She goes above and beyond and is very attentive. Any time I Come in and see her on the shift my drink always comes out faster and it is always consistent.

I frequently visit the Dripping Springs location and I was craving a healthy sandwich so I got their Classic Melt which did not disappoint! There was something special in the air because the sandwich was extra delicious, the cheese melted perfectly and the presentation was simply beautiful. I left very happy!

Beautiful place. I'm a nurse who travels alot. I'm also a nurse that loves to eat healthy. And a nurse that loves tacos. 😆 (honestly I wanted to stop by and get tacos instead) so glad I went here instead. Ordered 3 juices to have for my next 2 days of work. Took a loaf home of sourdough bread home for my little one. So, so good.

I had such a great first visit to Alchemy Organics in Dripping Springs! Lauren at the register was incredibly lovely and helpful. I told her it was my first time, and she took the time to walk me through the menu and offer thoughtful recommendations. She suggested the detox shot, and although I didn’t order it, she generously gave me a sample to try. I ended up going with the Beauty Water and absolutely loved it. The whole experience was welcoming and intentional! I’ll definitely be back!

My FAVORITE spot in Dripping Springs!! A beautiful and gorgeous space, lattes are incredible, juice is delicious and fresh, and the smoothies and açaí bowls are exceptional too!! Don’t forget to try their avocado toast, the GF bread is amazing! Best part about the place is the people, both staff and customers. You can feel they put love into everything they make and the vibe is always welcoming. They have a kids corner which is so cute so if you have kids you can hang out, drinking your coffee and have them play with each other. Can’t forget the healthy conscious retail space that has a great selection of books, t-shirts, candles, and more! Definitely a must visit if you’re in Austin!! D

Love Alchemy. Super cute and vibey. More importantly, all the food and drink is organic and healthy, which is so hard to find. They make their own Alchemy nut milk sweetened with dates and it is delicious! Ive had their juices, smoothies, lattes, and matcha and they are all amazing! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Love it!

So thankful for alchemy! Dripping really needed a place like this. While some would say it's pricey and takes a bit of time to receive their order... I really appreciate how it's all organic and made fresh. My toddler loves sitting in the kids corner and playing while I enjoy my smoothie. They have sweet gifts and healthy treats to go. Their milk is awesome. I can't say enough good things!

Came here with a couple mom's after our kiddos swim class. I ordered a smoothie and bought some sourdough bread. I love that there is an area for the toddlers to interact and play. The inside is so bright and inviting. The staff was polite, and took my order quickly. It took about 10-15 minutes to get my smoothie and it was okay. Very pricey since it is a juice place but I would possibly come again for the bread and maybe a different smoothie. Indoor and outdoor seating! Try it out!

Wonderful new addition to Dripping Springs! I really miss Southern squeeze and Franklin Juice in Tennessee...the juice options in Texas have been very disappointing until now. Alchemy is a nice option for organic cold pressed juices. Service is very friendly and the space is beautiful! I usually try to make this a regular stop on the weekends. Beat the never ending heat wave with sweet greens! Perfect poolside drink or enjoy after a morning hike. Let me know your favorite!

I had the mushroom coffee latte and avocado toast. They both were amazing!!! It's a beautiful, peaceful space to enjoy these nourishing foods/drinks. Wonderful job Carly and team!!

Thoughtfully sourced ingredients, delicious organic smoothies, it's one of our go to spots every week! A little on the pricey side but if you save your glass bottles and bring them back they'll give you a discount on your next purchase. So worth it. Love this place!
