What really stood out to me was the instructor. They had such a calm, centered presence and brought a quiet confidence to the room that made it easy to let go and just be. Their guidance was clear, gentle, and intuitive — offering thoughtful cues that helped deepen the practice without ever feeling forced. You could tell they were genuinely connected to what they were teaching, and that authenticity made a huge difference.

Alchemy Yoga is a beautiful sanctuary in Ubud. Over six weeks, we practiced daily with some of the most intuitive, grounded, and inspiring teachers I've ever met. The classes are diverse, heartfelt, and rooted in a philosophy that gently brings you back to yourself—on and off the mat. The space is welcoming, the energy warm, and the behind-the-scenes team truly makes you feel at home. A place of real connection, deep breath, and daily transformation. Could not recommend it more.

I had such a beautiful experience joining a meditation session at Alchemy Yoga, led by Emma. From the moment the session started, Emma created a warm and calming space that made it easy to feel safe and present. She guided us through each step of the meditation technique with so much clarity and gentleness — I could really feel myself letting go and just relaxing into the process. By the end of the session, I felt so much lighter, more connected to myself, and deeply reminded of the importance of self-love. It wasn’t just relaxing, it was also uplifting and insightful. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend Alchemy Yoga to anyone looking to recharge and reconnect with themselves.

Love that such a beautiful space exists in Ubud! Echoing all the reviews that emphasize how peaceful and harmonious the space is. It’s a yoga studio on par with the best ones in the world! I loved our Flow class with Lucinda and her making an effort to meet everyone personally and accommodate the needs of the yogi students. Ceremonial breath work class with Kim was also very special and created a welcoming space for all expressions and needs. Truly amazing! The space is very welcoming to all levels and abilities, including complete beginners. In fact, it’s probably one of the most special places to do your first yoga class if you’ve never done one. Having done yoga all over the world for over 10 years, I deeply appreciate the magic of Alchemy and can’t wait to be back for more!

Stepping into this yoga shala in Ubud felt like entering a sacred sanctuary. The soaring bamboo arches, cradled by nature, radiated warmth and grounding energy — as if the space itself was holding you in silent stillness. The natural light filtered through gently, while the earthy scent of wood and air whispered calm into every breath. Each mat, thoughtfully arranged with bolsters and blocks, felt like an altar — inviting presence, intention, and deep connection. As I moved through the practice, I could feel my mind quiet, my body soften, and my spirit return home. This is more than a yoga class. It’s a place to realign — with nature, with soul, with self.

Went for their earth class. Absolutely loved the yoga session, beautiful setup surrounded by nature. It rained the whole time, which made the experience even more calming and magical.

Attended a water flow class for my first session, and it was a great experience! The studio had a calm and welcoming atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and focus. The instructor was clear and attentive, guiding the session in a way that felt both accessible and grounding. I left feeling refreshed and centered. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating practice. I’ll be coming back!
