Alchemy Yoga and Meditation Center

Julien is an exceptional yoga teacher. Two two of us took 30+ classes with him in about a month at Alchemy Yoga, and that alone says a lot. We mostly joined his FIRE class; easily one of the two most intense (and possibly the most physically demanding) classes Alchemy offers. Even at that level of effort, Julien’s teaching always felt grounded and safe. His cues are clear, his pacing is smart, and he knows how to push you without making it feel reckless. What really sets him apart is his authenticity. Nothing feels performative. He helps you connect with your body and mind in a way that’s practical and real, not abstract. Over the month we were on the membership program, we felt noticeable progress: strength, focus, and overall awareness. If you’re at Alchemy and see Julien on the schedule, take the class (especially FIRE) if you want a serious challenge.

I had a beautiful experience here. The class with Julien was amazing — I felt very connected throughout the practice and it was welcoming to all levels of experience. The space is gorgeous, peaceful, and very cozy, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow

Did 5 different classes here and 1 workshop over 2 days and I loved it. The atmosphere is very calming and matches the whole yogi/meditation vibe. It's very clean and the instructors lead the classes very well

Just the coolest place ever - I did a drop-in afternoon Air yoga class, which was in the main pavilion during a heavy rain storm. The energy was PERFECTION - the rain on the roof, the sound bath, the instructor’s voice, all superb. I have not done a ton of yoga in my life, but I feel I am probably spoiled forever with this experience. Truly 13/10!

Love the vibe here, and the class was really good too! The only thing is that it’s quite a popular place, so it can get a bit crowded and feel a little uncomfortable at times. I took the Earth class with Ashton and absolutely loved his teaching and guidance. It was a bit hard for me to focus at first because the person next to me was breathing very loudly during postures, but Ashton kept reminding us to focus on ourselves—on how our body feels and on our breath—which really helped me. I’ll definitely carry that into my future yoga practice. I’ll still come back, of course! I also really appreciate the no phone/photo policy during class—it’s great because before class starts, some people do bring in tripods to take pictures and videos of themselves.

I’ve attended Emma’s classes and I absolutely LOVE her teachings, wisdom and wonderful flows. I’ve travelled around the world and her classes are by far the best ones I’ve ever experienced —— intelligently structured, smooth and confident voice, grounding energy and brilliant meditations. You can tell she’s been devoted to Yoga for decades and feel her wisdom in every class. I appreciate specially her kindness and ability to infuse each class with the philosophy which makes the practice feel deeply authentic and meaningful. I can’t wait to go back ❤️ I highly recommend all Emma’s classes!

A very aesthetically pleasing yoga studio. Spacious grounds, with a small bar with drinks. You can fill your own water bottle. The yoga space is spacious. There were no more than 20 of us at the weekday class, so it was very comfortable. The mats didn't have any unpleasant odors. Bring your own towels if you plan to shower.
