I'm glad we have Alcofa in Santa Cruz but there room for improvement. They are randomly shut when they should be open which is frustrating. It would be great if they could start offering sourdough, there's a huge demand for this in the foreign community. Having a much better vegetable selection, it's pretty much non-existant.
It would be great if they could start offering sandwiches for lunch.
That said, their products they do have are great particularly their granola, gluten free breads and cakes.
