Alcofa Bio

I'm glad we have Alcofa in Santa Cruz but there room for improvement. They are randomly shut when they should be open which is frustrating. It would be great if they could start offering sourdough, there's a huge demand for this in the foreign community. Having a much better vegetable selection, it's pretty much non-existant. It would be great if they could start offering sandwiches for lunch. That said, their products they do have are great particularly their granola, gluten free breads and cakes.

Not a huge range of products available, but they have an absolutely lovely selection including gluten free bread and cookies. Large selection of teas and spices, dried fruits and nuts. Small selection of quality produce.

On this cloudy Saturday my espresso was served by a very nice young gentleman, with gorgeous music in the background...what else ? 💗☕️

Bread is ok but no cutting machine. All other looks abandoned.
