The only perk to this hotel is it is beach facing. The rooms & service are very very bad. And the manager Mr Dsouza’s attitude actually made us pissed off and check out. He asked us to check out at 9:30 itself whereas the check out time is 11. Few people in the reception are fine. Their service was okay. I will not be visiting this hotel ever. We hired a rental bike and they had different T&C. Totally not worth the money. There are many options nearby please check that. This property is not worth a penny! Worst hospitality.

We had clearly mentioned that we did not wish to take the bike with us to another stay and had requested your support in arranging an alternative as we had so many luggages to carry. We even suggested that you could send someone from your team along with us. Instead, what we received was absolute indifference.
Let’s be clear – the root cause of this unpleasant experience lies in your hospitality standards and, more importantly, in the unprofessional and unacceptable attitude of Mr. Dsouza. This gentleman not only displayed arrogance but had the audacity to directly call my family – a line no professional should ever cross. Basic civic sense seems to be missing here, and your attempt to justify this behavior only makes matters worse.
We are frequent travellers, and we fully understand that terms and conditions vary from place to place. However, this in no way gives Mr. Dsouza the right to speak with us in such a rude and offensive manner. The only reason we refrained from escalating this matter further was out of respect for his age – we chose ethics over confrontation. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have hesitated for a moment to pursue this legally.
It is shameful that one person’s deplorable attitude has the power to tarnish the integrity and reputation of your entire brand.
