The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and is the annex of a larger hotel nearby. The front desk is only open between 12:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00. Outside these times you cannot check in there. When you have checked in you get an electronic card that that opens the door to your room and the front door. ||||My room was basic but ok. There was a small desk, a small TV and free WiFi internet that worked well. ||||There is no breakfast on site but nearby is a bar that opens at 8:00 where you can get a decent breakfast. ||||The street in front of the hotel has free white parking spaces which is convenient when you can find an empty one

Simple but good place to stay, helpful staff, good location, fair room rates. Good choice for two nights, good wifi.

I recently relocated to Spain and chose the Hostel Sercotel to stay in while I was looking for permanent accommodation here. The hostel is in a good location and the room was clean when I arrived. While the bedsheets were changed almost daily oftentimes they had stains on them from previous guests, and by the end of my stay the floors and surfaces had not been cleaned since I arrived so dust had built up. The main problem I have with this hotel and company is that one day when I was out a member of staff dropped my Macbook in my bedroom that had been left on the bedside table and caused considerable damage to it. When I brought this up at reception upon finding it, the woman was very unapologetic stating she would tell the other cleaner and told me there are ‘Chinese shops’ I could go to. I then contacted the main email address for this chain to ask for their insurance details and I have yet to have a response from them. This experience has caused me great distress during an already difficult time as I am now going to have to make a +200km round trip to a certified Apple Store to ensure my laptop is fixed by a certified engineer. All in all I am very disappointed by the experiences I have had with the staff and head office from this hotel as they have a blatant disregard for guests property and experiences. I would not recommend this hotel until they learn how to deal with problems they have created.

Nice acommodation at the hotel. I spent 4 nights there and everything was fine. The location is rather central. Highly recommendable!

The hotel is great, bit far from city center but not bad. We can walk and havibg city sight seeing and see how local people live
