Nath, Mau, & Leo! Thank you so much for the most amazing stay in paradise, Aldea Canzul! You were all so kind, attentive and helpful at every point. Our families stayed at in the villas/ apartments for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. It is an exquisite, peaceful oasis in the heart of the Hotel zone of Tulum. The houses are incredibly beautiful and the location on the beach is perfection! It is also close to many great bars and restaurants. The maintenance, cleaning and security team is truly amazing - so attentive and hard working and every request was taken care of so quickly. The rooms were spotless and cleaned twice a day. The security is 24 hours on both sides of the property and we felt very safe. We loved the delicious breakfasts which were served each morning family style at the main vila - it was a wonderful way to start our day with the family. The houses were clean and beautiful at all times. Thank you for everything - we could not have asked for more. The height of luxury by the ocean - every need met in a safe, secure spot! |Thank you all so much!!! 😊

An amazing place - felt I was in a magazine. The rooms were a good size and well appointed and clean. The hard-working staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The main living area was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. Access to the beach and the main street was easy. Felt very safe and knew the team had our wellbeing front of mind. Shout out to all the staff and Leo who was very attentive and happy to arrange of taxi for us. The entire place was perfect. The only issue was the loud music being played either side of the house which went into the late night. Not something I assume anything anyone can do about but worth a mention.

Everything from the first moment I reached out to book through our checkout process was easy and prompt. The hospitality the staff provided was far beyond any expectations I had. We stayed in Casa Chechen and it checked all our boxes. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. Loved the private pool and the serene jungle around us. The beach was a few feet from our back door and provided with sunbeds and privacy. Overall, I will likely stay here again when I eventually go back to Tulum!

just finished truly the best weekend of my life with 20 friends at aldea canzul - the incredible staff are truly so genuine, fun, responsive - happy to help you with everything you need in one seconds notice. they go above and beyond. i would book direct instead of a travel agent like maya luxe because the aldea team can do everything for you and more!! they went out of their way to call us in advance and make sure our trip was ironed out. the cleaning staff is amazing, the villas stayed crisp and immaculate, the design is stunning, and you stare out a a beautiful turquoise beach. waking up there was heaven. we felt SO safe and secure with the security team guarding the front and back gates all night - and the location was amazing, we could walk right across the street or a few minutes away for the best places in tulum, highly recommend gitano and arca! this place is so special, i wish i could do this every weekend! book and you won’t regret

Amazing 4 night stay at Aldea Canzul! We stayed in the Casa Chukum house. From the moment we booked, the staff was on point reaching out to see how they could prepare for our trip, suggesting activities, dinner recommendations, nightlife, pre-stocking the house with food and booze, transportation to/from the airport and a personal chef. The customer service throughout our stay was amazing, the staff responds quickly and wants to make you happy.||The house itself is right in the middle of the hotel zone and walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and on the beach. The roof of the house is a great place for hang out and have a drink before sunset and the living room was perfect for our group to hang out. They provide breakfast every morning, which makes it easy to start your day and we had the chef prepare an amazing dinner for us one night.

We stayed in Aldea Canzul from April 30 to May 4. We occupied 3 of the villas there. My immediate family of 6 people stayed at the Villa Chakte. The place was just great. The rooms were very spacious, clean with comfortable beds, more than enough room towels and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved sitting and resting on the roof, that had comfortable sofas and chairs. At the beach in front of the villa, they have enough chairs and beach beds and everything else you need to enjoy the beach. The complimentary breakfasts each morning were very good. |The staff at the Aldea Canzul, led by Mau, is terrific, very responsive and prompt. |The location is fantastic, you can't beat it, on the beach in the middle a strip full of restaurants, stores, and hotels.|Overall, we loved our stay at Aldea Canzul and will come back next time we visit Tulum.

This place and the entire staff are amazing. Great beach villas and treehouse. Amazingly kind and knowledgeable staff. Safe environment. Thank you so much. Our friend Chris and our group really enjoyed his 40th birthday celebration. We all look forward to staying with you again.

I want to give this place a 1000000 star! (we stayed at Aldea Canzul & the Treehouse property) Rooms: I can't rave enough about how beautiful this place was. I was so nervous that the pictures were going to be better than the in person view but WOW! Nothing prepares you for walking into this space. The greenery everywhere makes you feel like you are in the jungle but then you step inside these beautiful villas and you feel like you're at a luxury resort. I wish I could live at Aldea Canzul! Service...100000000000 stars! We worked with Leo, Nat, and Cecilia and I could cry thinking about how amazing they are. I cried talking to them as we left. The whole staff here just takes service to the next level. I swear they can read my mind, they were on it with anything we needed. Location: You are within ten minutes of anything you could want - food, yoga, jungle gym, clubs, shopping, all of the above. They have security on both properties and we felt so safe the entire time! I got married here and we barely added anything because everything was just stunning as is.
