Loved this hotel and the location! Very central to the Main Street and easy walk to waterfront. The breakfast was amazing!!! You truly feel like you are staying in a treehouse! Pucon is a very cute busy town! Parking was easy and the area is very safe.

A lovely little Alpine mountain Lodge style place, really comfy. We were only one of two couples in the whole place mid week, so felt really peaceful and relaxed. Pretty much had the whole place to ourselves! Service was great, the people who checked us in, those who looked after us, everyone really were so great. Helpful, friendly. All you could ask for! Breakfast was quite nice and because there were only two of us in the place, the delivered it to our room. Nice touch! The absolute highlight is the hot tub. You have to book but get in early cause it's totally worth it. They even provide you with a drink and snack. The water was absolutely scalding hot but the staff were able to help us cool it down after a while. Rooms are a bit impersonal and lack privacy but other than that, we enjoyed the stay 👍🏼

Loved my stay there, beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely rooms and garden. Super breakfast. Great location, central and yet quiet. Slept like a baby. Very attentive staff and they work with a great travel agency too. I will definitely come back to Pucon and stay there as there is so much more to explore.

The room I was given here was not clean. Under the bed and in all the corners you could see obvious dust and some hair that hadn't been hoovered. The rugs were also kind of dirty. The setting and ambience of the hotel itself is nice and tranquil. The breakfast and shower were good too. Staff were okay. I paid 100,000 pesos per night (end of march) which I felt was very overpriced considering the cleanliness of the room, hotel facilities and the fact the sauna and hot tub weren't included in the price. I probably would not return.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It is close to the centre of town but still quiet. It has a Balinese feel to it with lush gardens and lots of wood. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. The rain shower was wonderful. The breakfast was very good with eggs cooked on request and freshly squeezed juices. The staff were very friendly and helpful I’d stay here again. Pucón is a great base for the fabulous national parks and the many local natural thermal baths

We stumbled upon this hotel while walking around Pucon looking for a place to stay. They gave us a great deal for two nights and we jumped on it. The rooms are beautifully done, clean, and fun because the whole hotel is tucked into the trees on the property — it is like staying in a giant tree house. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff! They were kind, and helpful beyond our expectations. They gave us great recommendations for dining and activities. They arranged wonderful massages for us and the breakfast was superb. On our last morning we had to leave early for the airport and so they had togo breakfasts waiting for us to take in the car on the way. It was very kind and put another exclamation point on how kind and helpful they were. I run a business and wish all my employees could be like this group. Hope this helps you find a great experience in Pucon, we surely did!

We loved the quirky design and natural feel of this hotel. There is wood and natural materials everywhere and animal skins on the floors. All the rooms are named - we were in Odin at the front of the hotel with a large balcony and excellent view of the volcano. The room was very warm and cosy and the shower was powerful and hot. The breakfast room was also cosy with an open fire. The buffet breakfast was fairly simple but there was fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, bread, toast and eggs to order. The staff on reception were very welcoming, always interested to hear about our day and giving us lots of ideas for places to visit, restaurants etc. There is an activity centre attached to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay at the Aldea Naukana so much that I ended up extending it. The rooms have a lot of character and warmth. They are the perfect place to hang out for the inevitable rainy day in Pucon. On a sunny day, there are great views of the volcano and town from the roof of this hotel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast - which they delivered to my room to allow for social distancing. ||||However, what really made my stay here special was the people who worked here. Oscar, the manager, was very helpful with arranging my stay and answering my questions. I especially have to recognize Mico at the front desk for his 5-star service and advice on exploring Pucon. He really went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable and relaxing stay. This is the type of hotel where one leaves with not just great memories, but also friendships.
