It was fabulous. The owners are super welcoming, the home we stayed at is gorgeous, the large T3. And there's cute farm animals that you can pet and some hikes through the forest, the mountain, and across the river.

This was the amazing end to our trip, and it far exceeded our expectations. A small village of 13 stone cottages. Fresh bread every morning hanging on our front door. A stocked refrigerator catering to our vegan diet. Animals! What a spectacular place to end our vacation.

The most magical place we got to b in portugal, like diving into the well preserved past, down to the smallest detail.. this place has a good story to tell.

Such a cool place to sleep at. The owner is such a kind lady too! The houses are restored old ruins which they tried to rebuild as if time has been frozen. So they hid the fridge behind a curtain and such. It's an experience to sleep here! Make sure to bring an anti mosquitoe spray. Because there are a lot of those! But other than that, it's a wonderfully place to sleep at. I would definitely come back here! Also, make sure you don't break any of the old stuff. And if you are tall, mind your head!

Great place to stay, away from the busy areas of Lisbon etc, but easy access to Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and Mafra. Amazing character and historical accommodation.

Beautiful country setting with 200 year old rustic homes that have been lovely restored and furnished with antiques representative of country life. A lovely continental breakfast was provided everyday , with fresh warm bread delivered to our door. If you want a memorable country side experience that is off the beaten path- then this is the place. Owners are welcoming and provided great restaurant recommendations in Mafra which is about a 10-15 min drive away.

The attention to detail in these little country houses, while keeping as much as possible the original look to the inside and outside makes one feel like a nice trip to the past! Diogo was always very personable making us feel welcome and satisfied. |Nice hiking trails from the village! 15 minutes to the coast and the beaches in Ericeira! It was 2 amazing days! Perfect to unwind, relax, slowdown, and breath fresh air.

Beautiful little traditional place to stay and get away from the busy city life. The houses are still the traditional homes to keep the flair. But they are all very well maintained (renovated) and clean. Definitely stay a night or two here to get relax.
