Wonderful Spa Experience at Aldino Hotel, Ankara Dear Aldino hotel Managment and team I wanted to share my recent experience at the spa at Aldino Hotel in Ankara. I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the services offered. The spa itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately instilled a sense of relaxation and comfort. The staff were very professional and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I had a medical massage with Ms. Miya, and I cannot thank her enough for her expertise. She was able to address my shoulder problem effectively, and I left feeling significantly better. The rooms were clean, service was good, and the breakfast was great. The hotel was easily accessible and there are several restaurants close by for lunch and dinner.

POSITIVES:|The location was great. Right in the middle of the city-centre of Ankara. In walking distance to so many cafes and restaurants. It was 7 minute walk to our desired Korean Restaurant which we wanted to eat at during our stay. We enjoyed our room. It was clean and modern. The shower was spacious and no mildew/mold like some hotels in Turkiye. It included complimentary water, instant coffee & tea, a mini-bar, and a nice big bed. Breakfast was standard, nothing special, but restaurant was spacious and clean. Free parking was available on the street and it was valet parking. ||NEGATIVES:|No juice during breakfast. I had to ask for it and he brought me orange juice, but it was artificial. The sauna needed to be reserved for a time slot. We only had a very short time, so we weren't able to use it. The beds weren't bad, acceptable, but could have been more comfy. Also, the room we got did not have carpet on the floor, although my booking said it should. It was just hard wood floor.

The room was clean and big enough. Workers there were nice and breakfast was good enough too. The toilet seat was a little crooked, and the shower flow could have been better, but the water was hot and ultimately ok. They gave us enough towels, soap and shower gel. Every day they made sure we had two small bottles of water for free (not in the mini bar, which was there too but we didn't have the need to use it). All in all everything was good enough.The position of the hotel is fantastic. Me and my partner had a good time here.

It was near every store in public highly recommended for shopping and patients

First of all i should say that we were in Point hotel for 2nights and it was a great pleasure for us and after that we went to this hotel beacuse of the loction and our budget...the room was almost clean but not sure about the bathroom and wc. We had such an awful experience in using the wc because you can not use the toilet well i think it is because of the cheaper toilets that the hotel has bought..i must say that when you want to get water to your self after doing your work, you could not do this and the water does not touch the right location in your body..it was awful..i can not say the situation exactly but believe me that you all would be crazy after using this toilet.||I should mention that the breakfast was awful too and i dont know which traveler deserves this cheap and low level breakfast||I would not be there again honestly

I loved the location, in the heart of downtown nest to the cafes still very quiet place. Receptions and staffs were helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was acceptable for the total price i payed during march. I would have gave last star if they had omelet in the menu and if reception english skills was better.

Very nice location and staff. Everyone was so smiley and helpful. Breakfast menu was also satisfying. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower and hair dryer. The plastic panel that was supposed to keep the water flooding to the bathroom was too small. All bathroom gets wet and slippery. Just be careful and don't slip.
