I ordered online and picked up the first item in-store. The employees looked annoyed and, when they handed me the purse, didn't even bag it for me—rude. I walked out of the store looking like I had stolen the item. I went back a few days later to pick up the second item, and this time, without me asking, an employee nicely bagged it for me and wished me a good day. This employee is the reason I'll probably go back; otherwise, I'll have it shipped to my place so I don't have to deal with rude workers.

had a great experience buying my wedding shoes here. Not only are the shoes (quality and style) better than most stores they have amazing deals as well. I also appreciate when I go in Aldo the associates are not salesy or put pressure on you. My experience that associate was interested in how to help me and went out of their way to provide me with what i needed. Even if that meant trying on different pairs and helping me search for my size online! Thank you

I was going to buy shoes in here. They now want to charge you for the bags. This is not a supmer market. I don't see why I should be carrying shoes on my shoulder/ arms just because the company is going eco-friendly. Is not my problem. Plus, the paper bags they used to give were eco friendly anyways. Is just another excuse to make u spend more money.

Great quality shoes that will last you for years, the pillow walk is one of the best inventions ever so comfortable, the service is outstanding as soon as i walked in i was helped right away 10/10

Jet helped me find heels last minute for my son's graduation, the mall hectic, she brought many options and different colors.She was patient.

Received my shoes as a birthday gift, the fit wasn't right so I asked for a return BUT they don't accept return in the form of email. Said that it had to be PAPER receipt! They also did not give the option of paper receipt nor did they mention that it had to in paper. This is just plainly dumb and a waste.

Aldo has had some really great finds as of late. Recently I found a few great pairs of heels that are perfect for work or play and a pair of fun wedges. Also, a great selection right now of S/S bags, which I picked up and may have to go back for more. The sales associate that assisted me was very helpful and they even offer to stretch your leather or patent shoes to break them in a bit while you do some more shopping. My only complaint is I wish this store were bigger so they carried all the shows they have online.

I came up on this little store by surprise while shopping at fashion fair looking for some monk straps shoes. After checking out macys, jcpenny, and also dsw (in river park), and ending up empty handed, I was down on my luck and figured I would have to order monk straps online. But then I ran into this new aldo store that I didn't know existed in fashion fair. The store is small but is very organized with lots of different shoes and accessories for both men and women. The service was absolutely awesome. I was welcomed with a greeting and a smile, causing me to feel welcomed while I shopped *cough*(I never get that at dsw or Nordstrom) *cough*. Anyway, I'm familiar with the brand Aldo, so I knew that the shoes would meet my expectations. I ended up finding the monk straps here with the help of Savan, who was very helpful, and at a decent price. If you are looking for some shoes that are dressy or casual or maybe even some accessories, I recommend you check this store out.

Great selection on women's footwear and decent on men's footwear. Great place to shop for shoes so I definitely recommend. Great customer service than before. Keep it up.

I love the shoes & purchased a pare at this location a couple years ago. But thankfully I just made my latest purchase at a different location in Los Angeles. I called to get a price check to make sure I didn't lose out on a sale price & the a cockade was of NO help. I was trying to see if items in Nor Cal were on different sales then the stores in So Cal. She was of nooooo help at all. I would give them 5 Stars if the customer service was better, it luckily got 3 stars cuz I got good service when I purchased my shoes at a different location in So Cal.

Great shoes year round. Just a heads up ladies. I bought the cutest blinged out ballerina flats last christams. Not that I cared what other people thought of my pimp shoes...but, people kelt asking me where I got my shoes. hmmmm should I tell them? Yes...Karma!!
