Shout out to LB, who had to have been the best sales associate ever. I was in a rush and needed a few pairs of shoes and he had no issues running to the back to grab many options, making excellent suggestions, helping me decide and keeping it fast for my busy schedule. He was fantastic and I walked away with 3 pairs of shoes that were exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much LB, I will come back to shop with you anytime!

I just want to edit my email address and I could not because it will not let me do it online. I called customer service just to update my email the rude guy on the phone told me he could not update my email but I can do it myself I tried explaining to him I cannot it will not let me edit my email address just my name and address I tried from my home computer and from my iPhone and it will not give me the option to edit my email address. He said he could not help me and for me to just make up another Aldo account with a new email. Mind you I made purchases that I will like to keep track of and if I make a new purchase my receipts will go to my old email address I do not want to make a new Aldo account. What is customer service for if you can’t help the customers with their issues!

Hanan was very rude and acted like we were just someone who was coming in off the streets to browse, and had no money. The STORE MANAGER was also VERY RUDE and extra pushy. For someone who works in retail I understand pushing a sale, but he went overboard trying to get me to buy 3 of the same style of over the knee black boots by saying “why aren’t you getting all 3?” In a rudely manner. He also was rude when I was trying on my shoes basically trying to take the shoes away from me because he just figured i wasn’t going to buy them. He then jumped in when hanan was checking me out after she already told me about the leather protector and I said i already had some and he said “oh no you need It to protect your leather” I said yeah I understand I already have some. I returned my item because of my all over experience. And once again Hanan was very rude and pulled her phone out while running my transaction and started texting. I understand getting a return sucks but it’s part of retail and they obviously don’t understand that. My overall experience was terrible and I was very disgusted with the associates and management. Definitely will never shop here again.

Great experience this afternoon at Aldo inside Mall St Matthews! Walking by on our way out of the mall to go to DSW and something caught my eye so I came inside with a (young) friend looking for Prom shoes. The shoes are gorgeous in here and priced well. I asked the salesperson about the color of the dress and what shoe color would coordinate well. She confirmed my thoughts and she checked stock for several pairs of shoes for my friend. She told us which ones she could order in other colors and was very consultative without being pushy. She even helped pick out some jewelry and had recommendations for shoe comfort accessories. It was Stephanie, y'all! Stephanie, you were GREAT with us today, and we will be back! Excellent customer service and nice demeanor.

Aldo provides a variety of mens and womens shoes from casual to dressy and all good quality. Long ago I purchased a pair of dressy sandals and they lasted several years. Located in Mall St Matthews, this shop is worth a look if you're on the hunt for a classic womens shoe. On the mens side I spotted several cool color combinations - personally a big plus for me is uniqueness in a shoe and wish I'd seen more of it for women.
