Taylor was awesome! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately offered assistance, she let me know what they had going on in the store. She found my bag charms, Sandals and helped me order a sale purse that I thought I missed out on! Great experience in BayRidge 🤩 I will purchase again

Salesperson Taylor was helpful, attentive, and easy to talk to. I needed a size smaller on the sandals I chose and she let me know that they the smaller size could shipped directly to me. Excellent service!!

I was just there today . Looked their store up online found the shoes I wanted for half off and was told it's available on 86st so I went . Got there and was unavailable so ended up with similar at full price but didn't care the 2 ladies who worked there were so friendly kind and knowledgeable. Beautiful store ! Thanks

If this store wasnt in the area I dont know where I would go to get my last minute shoe shopping which I always seem to have. This is the most trendiest store on this side of 86th street, and the girls there are always so friendly and hepful in picking shoes or giving options when the shoe isnt available.

Bad service the sales rep has not even acknowledged us she seems to be hanging out with one customer. She is also dressed in a very sloppy way

I went into this store to purchase a pair of BENEZER Monk Straps in size 13. They arrived at my house this past week in an obviously pre-worn condition. I immediately called and asked them why this happened and they told me to bring them in and they'll "solve my issue." I did. They refused my return, accusing me of damaging the shoes. Interested in profit, they instead directed me to a different pair, another online order, or a trip into Manhattan for a different shoe. As someone who supplies REAL DOLLARS, and expects an authentic product, I am under no obligation to deal with ALDO's crappy shoes, or a trip into Manhattan to fix their quality control issues. I'm disputing the payment with my bank. Thanks, ALDO, You lost a customer for life.

If I was able to give a rating of zero, I would. I was shopping at this store recent and bought several pairs of shoes. I left the store and by the time I got home, I realized the associate did not give me my receipt. Today I had free time to exchange a pair of shoes that didn't fit as well as I thought it did. So I brought the shoes in to exchange and told this associate my situation because she did not send the receipt to my email nor did she give me the physical copy of my receipt. She assumed I was with another male exchanging shoes without a receipt. She was nothing but rude to assume and gave me an attitude. I asked her not to assume that I was with someone else based on how I look. And you best believe I will not be returning to this location. This associate was nothing but atrociously rude and obnoxious. It is so unbelievable because I can pull up the transaction on my credit card statement. UNFUCKINBELIEVABLE.
