Aldo's Bakery

Love Aldo's! So happy to see they opened at 5:30am (perfect to grab coffee and food before heading to watch a sunrise). The pastry cases are magnificent, the coffee is delicious, and I also grabbed a meat burrito that made me belly very happy! Everyone who waited on us both days were very pleasant (despite it being so early in the am). Can't wait to go back to Aldo's next time we're on Block Island!

Decent sandwiches for the price. We liked the lox bagel, but avocado toast had more onion than tomatoes and not enough avocado actually, so I don't recommend it. Really good coffee and ice cream

Oh my goodness. The pastries from here are absolutely amazing. Not only are they visually beautiful, they're just as fresh and tasty as they look. The chocolate glazed donut I had here is one of the best I've ever had, hands down. I had this with some fresh squeezed orange juice and their acai bowl. Before heading home I decided to pick up an eclair, another chocolate donut, and a raspberry pastry. This will definitely be a stop every time I come to the island. Can't pass up this high quality pastry! The last time I was here I also had some of their sorbet and it was equally excellent. Creamy, smooth, and delicious.

When you walked in you're overwhelmed with appetizing pastries and a wide selection of ice cream and gelato. The lady was really helpful when we got a scoop of Boston Cream Pie, Pistachio Gelato, and La Giuliana Gelato. The creaminess and flavor was there in full force. But wasn't a fan of the taste of La Giuliana. (it started melting fast when we were looking for a scenic spot😓)

No complaints here!! We stopped into Aldo’s for ice cream the other day and left completely satisfied.. There are plenty of options for gelato, ice cream, sorbet and baked goods.. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the donuts and pastries but they looked absolutely delicious.. They do serve food here as well and there was a good menu of teas and coffees.. They were almost over-staffed the day we went in (they weren’t very busy!) so there was no wait and we were taken care of very well.. The staff was friendly enough and the prices were right.. Make sure you check their website before you visit Aldo’s so you can get the 15% off coupon!!

This is the place to come for dessert and ice cream! Lots of choices with friendly service! Lines move pretty fast in spite the crowd. Also note there’s a bathroom! If you find my review and pictures helpful please give me a like!

We love Aldo’s bakery boat! What a delicious treat in the morning. They took the time to write ‘Captain’ on the donuts for the children.
