Tucked away on a quiet side street in Belém, this charming Portuguese grocery and café serves up delicious homemade dishes and wallet-friendly specials.

Tiny upmarket food shop and local restaurant with inexpensive home cooked dishes by the friendly lady owner. We had excellent home made cake and coffee but there are daily meal specials that look very good. Tucked away from the busy tourist places nearby. It was in the lonely planet guidebook which was how we discovered it. In the Belem district.

After spending just over a week in Lisbon, I had one of my last meals at this cosy café. The Bacalhau Espiritual was by far the best meal I had during my stay, even the salad gets a 10/10!!
I've also found a love for Brisa, which is so hard to find elsewhere.
Definitely stop by, even for a slice of chocolate cake, you wont regret it.

Little menu. But cheap for tourist center. Don't ask too much from it.
Liked homemade burger and local stout rapada.
Very welcoming and quite atmosphere

Such a tinny place with excellent portuguese food... worth the 5min walks from other places full of turists.
