Honestly a very interesting place, it's Jewish culture themed. It's clean and at a great location. But needs renovation. Furniture and sheets and frankly everything is worn down and looks quite used. But it's ok of the price, as 250 PLN that I paid for a night in central Krakow is an impossible price for a separate room.

The location is very convenient and I was attended to very well. The hotel has vintage vibes with many paintings and is quiet The plumbing and mattress could’ve been better. Special thanks to the staff for arranging my my early checkout and arranging a meal for me as well. Much appreciated 💝

An affordable hotel. Not luxury but has all the basics for a solo traveler. Clean. Friendly staff. Offers breakfast for a fee but didn’t try this. Well positioned close to a train station and the old town. Perfect for a short visit to Krakow. Would recommend.

It's a kind of tradition for me to stay here. Location, rooms and reception have always been satisfying.

Room was VERY basic and small (double with 2 beds). Great location.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean and the distance from the center of town was good, however, the staff insist on you leaving your keys with them at the front door. i wouldn’t have a problem with this, but I returned to my room one day and found my stuff moved around. As you can imagine, this was extremely unsettling, especially because i requested that my room not be serviced. The furniture is outdated, beds aren’t particularly comfortable. So… good if you’re on a budget, but as a solo female traveler, i would not feel safe staying here again.

The staff were warm and friendly. Location is good and near Wawel Castle. The hotel and restaurant have a lot of antique furniture and ornaments giving it a rustic look. Breakfast was very basic and you might want to go elsewhere for breakfast if you have time. The room door lock was automatic. My room was not air-conditioned. And so it was stuffy in the atrociously hot summer. The opened windows invited maybe 2 or 3 small flies inside the room. A large carpet beside the bed - traditional design in Polish rooms I think. But this one had a smell and I did not like it beside my bed. The bed sheet came off easily exposing the dark brown mattress below it - I didn't like this either. The pillow was flat and not firm. The bathroom facilities were all working properly. The shower head could not stand but this was a small problem and didn't bother me.

A very conveniently located hotel right between Old Town and Kazimierz, that has its best days passed. Rooms are decent size, somewhat smelly, and partly styled as "historic". All in all everything needs some renovation. Breakfast is underwhelming, but given the price this is to be expected. Price, location and friendliness of the staff may make you consider, overall quality and run-down neighborhood are cons, though.
