We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Alenti and were genuinely surprised by some of the recent negative reviews. Our experience couldn’t have been more different. From the moment we arrived, the staff were truly caring, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and even arranged a free late check-out, which meant a lot to us as we were in Sitges for the Half Marathon. That level of thoughtfulness and flexibility really shows how much they care about their guests. The room was comfortable, spotless, and perfectly suited for a race weekend — quiet enough to rest properly and well maintained throughout our stay. As for comments about noise, it’s worth being realistic: the hotel is located right on a lively square, back to back with bars and clubs. During high season, some outside noise is to be expected, but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault and is part of Sitges’ vibrant atmosphere. If you’re extremely sensitive to noise, a little due diligence on location before booking is probably wise 😉 Overall, Hotel Alenti combines a fantastic central location with genuinely warm hospitality and excellent service. We felt well looked after from start to finish and would happily return without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Alenti Sitges back in June and was really impressed. The location is right on the main street, yet the hotel itself is unbelievably quiet — I was genuinely shocked that you couldn’t hear a thing considering where it’s situated.||I arrived late in the evening but check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, tidy and had a good bathroom. The rooftop terrace was lovely too — small, but the pool and drinks service made it a great spot to relax.||The bar downstairs was very good, and breakfast (plus the coffee!) really hit the spot. You honestly couldn’t beat the location if you want to be right in the heart of Sitges. Would definitely stay again.

TO OWNER: I don't appreciate being called a liar. Take the feedback like a proper business. Down to one star for that offensive nonsense. This stay had appalling sleep quality. While I appreciate the hotel went to some way to sound-proof the rooms, it really can't block out the endless noise at night from the hyper-busy main square that keeps going until the early hours.... the dull drone of talking, singing and music ruined my sleep. On top of that the "air-con" was locked to 23°C. That's heating, NOT air-con cooling, and there is no way to leave your window open with that outside noise. Why do hotels think they get to tell me what is a comfortable temperature to sleep in? Am I not paying them to sleep in a room I find comfortable? The room quickly became stuffy and too warm with no respite to cool it down. Also, bizarrely the cold tap and the hot tap both gave hot water (?). On the positives, location is great, the room is compact but clean and modern with smart TV and good Wifi. Bed is comfortable and sizable. When I checked out, no one asked how was my stay. I can see why. Would not stay here again unless I took a sizable bag of sleeping tablets with me.

Lovely clean modern hotel right in the centre of Sitges night life. It was surprisingly quiet ( but it was November ) Having visited at peak season there is adequate sound insulation for the noisier nights and ear plugs are always an option. Daily cleaning is excellent and we found reception staff friendly and helpful. We will visit again! We also enjoyed a nightcap at the bar before bedtime and a chance to people watch

Very rude staff including my interaction with the manager Malo over emails. I encountered several issues that left me quite disappointed. Upon check-in, I found the reception staff to be rude and unprofessional. I was repeatedly asked the same question regarding the number of people staying in my room, despite clearly stating it was just me. Additionally, the check-in process took an unnecessarily long time as two staff members engaged in conversation, seemingly disregarding my presence. At one point, one of them even took a call on her mobile. I constantly felt like I was being watched or was waiting to be questioned which made me feel very uncomfortable while staying at your hotel. I chose to upgrade to the penthouse, expecting a premium experience. Unfortunately, this upgrade did not meet my expectations and felt like a poor value for the fee charged. The amenities in the penthouse also did not feel special; there were no shower gels provided in the shower itself only handwash on the sink, the hot tap on the whirlpool was coming out cold, and I was surprised to find no price list for the minibar. I assumed it might be included, as is common in other hotels, only to be charged for it at checkout. There was also no use on the TV – no channels and the function of connecting the phone did not work. Furthermore, when I requested the cleaner to return later as I was busy in my room, I found her to be quite rude. This interaction added to my overall dissatisfaction during my stay. In summary, my experience at your hotel did not live up to the standards I expected, especially with the upgrade. I regret not opting for a more standard room, as the additional benefits were minimal and did not justify the cost. Discount on next stay was offered of 15% and once tried to book they are now refusing to honour it.

The hotel is reasonably nice and new. The restaurant is not the best quality food. Housekeeping was excellent. Roof and pool was very clean. Pool is small, cold and shallow but still useable and nice to have! Window in the room was badly cracked.

I want know if the reservation from my mother is correctly booked and I went with the reservation number full name passport, ect and the only thing was I want, was “yes correct” or “no correct” the reception was very rude and very unprofessional! I was asking for the manager and the answer was, “sure i will not give you because of data protection”. You understand it, it was booked on mu email, my credit card my phone number. Thank you very much to be very unprofessional and rude.

Not a 4-star hotel. Very disappointing.||We stayed in the Penthouse for 3 nights this weekend and had a terrible experience. The hotel might claim to be 4 stars, but in reality it doesn’t come close.||The room was hot and uncomfortable, with air-conditioning locked at 23°C. When we asked for help, the night receptionist (very unfriendly and unhelpful) simply told us to sleep with the terrace door open — impossible, as the room faces the main square and the noise from bars and clubs goes on all night. We barely slept.||The penthouse itself feels old and neglected: no outdoor terrace lights, tired furnishings, and heavy curtains you have to drag by hand. Breakfast was just as disappointing: powdered-tasting eggs, terrible coffee, and extra charges for basics like a cappuccino or real eggs.||Overall, the experience felt more like a low-end guesthouse than a penthouse in a supposed 4-star hotel. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Yelp
I stayed at the hotel several years ago and had a very nice stay. When I was there last, they informed me of how popular they are and asked if I would like rebook a year in advance for the same week. However, I recently tried to book a reservation and was mishandled several times by the Manager. She repeatedly didn't reply to emails. She told me that they were not taking reservations for the dates I was looking for yet (9 months ahead in peak season/Pride week). Her next week provided me the rates (double what I paid 4 years ago). When I asked if she would put me on a list for their most expensive suite or notify me when they would begin taking reservations, the suite I wanted was now already booked. This all within a few days. Got the very distinct impression she snuck a friend in before anyone else. Not sure how the suite got booked when I requested it on the Friday and she replies back on Monday that it was rented on Saturday. Especially when they "apparently" aren't even taking reservations. Sad to see such a decline. They can't even maintain their website. Stay elsewhere. If this is how the new management is, I'd hate to imagine the rest of the staff.

Yelp
This is the place to stay in Sitges, Spain! Chic new hotel just 2 blocks to the beach. Gorgeous large modern room in whites and natural wood. Huge sliding glass door with view. Large bathroom, large flat screen TV, free Wifi. Nice morning breakfast in the restaurant.

Yelp
Excellent Spanish food and tapas. There are many places serving up average fare to mostly tourists and have to say this is one of the best Spanish restaurants I've been too. Great, friendly service also

Yelp
Very small, fairly expensive hotel on the busiest square in central Sitges. Entry to the hotel is by walking through a restaurant to the smallest lobby I have ever seen. Bar staff in the restaurant double up as hotel receptionists. Somewhat limited breakfast, though they will cook eggs to order on request.
