Great food and super friendly atmosphere. The staff make you feel right at home! They were out of ribs, but the brisket and pulled pork were absolutely delicious. You can tell they were smoked to perfection. The coleslaw is a must have as well. Great Southern BBQ with a warm Southern Welcome.

Love, love, love!!! Smoked chicken salad croissants on point and baked beans too!!! The smoked wings on Friday and Saturday are also a DO NOT MISS! They were whole wings that were so tender, juicy and flavorful! They are definitely on repeat!

Best BBQ I’ve had and I’ve tried a lot originally came as a to go order as I had to go back to work but sat down and took a “small bite “ ended up finishing my meal ordering banana pudding , I will definitely be coming back

As much money I spend here the service/food has declined tremendously… I was so hungry for a brisket sandwich today and to the right as you see half of my sandwich is all fat 😡 and the baked beans had a disgusting taste..highly disappointed! Money wasted and I’m still in the same position I was before =hungry !

Chicken salad made from smoked check and pulled pork bbq sandwiches. Nice spot for lunch. Variety of sides, chips and bottles drinks. House made bbq sauce is a nice touch. Friendly staff. I would drop in again next time I’m near. Enjoy.

Excellent food and service. The two meat plate was proportioned to perfection. The brisket was soft and tender and the ribs were soft and tender as well and the seasoning was out of this world. And the sides were great. Well done and well recommended for a bbq establishment.

we had been a couple times and they had been sold out. we went in today and they were sold out of what we wanted so they gave us food to try at no charge and it was fabulous. Customer service is the best and food is amazing! they won us over!

So we went to the place for dinner and we came with the idea that once the sellout, that's it for the day. I wanted the tips but went with the brisket since they were sold out of Ribs and tips. The Brisket was so tender and flavorful. The good customer service was great. It was with a smile and very kind. Told us when it was ready and brought the food to us. It was very nice environment. From sport memorabilia and they didn't smell greasy it was very nice and clean. I will definitely come back.

I had the smoked chicken salad sandwich and baked beans with sweet. The sandwich was fantastic didn't a spoon just fork. Took the beans home.

Finally found a BBQ joint in Ms after moving here three years ago. Alex Farms was well worth the dine in. The rib tips are the best I have had in years. They are tender and perfectly seasoned. The ribs, wow! Tender, falling off the bone. The rub was flavorfully and not salty at all. The Barbeque sauce was yummy, smokie and sweet. But the ribs were perfect solo. The tenderness of the brisket was unexpected and the flavor, oh my! Was on point. All the meats held there own, each with its own yum yum yummy flavors. The baked beans you must try. They are unlike any others I have had. The spaghetti was somewhat to sweet for my taste buds. Customer service was great, restaurant was clean. No doubt, this is now my go to for Barbecue.

The chicken salad is always good! The service is usually very prompt and I'm sure it's because I only get the same things when I go. Everyone in there is always so warm and inviting.

Delicious smoked chicken salad! I ordered the chicken salad combo on a croissant with lettuce and tomatoes, potato salad, and lemonade. I will return to the Cordova location next time...The only ill vibe was the cashier asking me if I was going to order something, because I walked to the restroom before standing in line to place an order.

Found this hidden gem while in town for work. My first order was the chicken salad sandwich to go. I purchased one on wheat the other a croissant. The minute the door opened to the restaurant the bbq smoked aroma grabbed my attention. I was excited about the chicken sandwiches and dying to try the ribs. I purchased a full slab. The chicken salad is GREAT! IF the ribs haven't been entered into the World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest THEY SHOULD!

I placed and paid for an online order @ 1:08pm with a scheduled pickup time @ 5:00. Order confirmation was received a few minutes after. I arrived at the restaurant around 4:30 and they were closed! I was livid!!! As I sat there in disbelief, a lot of other people were stopping by and complaining stating that they're always closed! This was my first time coming and will probably be my last. I can't do restaurants that's on "whenever-hours".

They don't have "fall of the bone" ribs. A little too tough for my liking. However they make an awesome brisket.

We stopped here because it was the first food place that came up on our search. What a find!! The staff was generous and welcoming. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We ordered the ribs and they were juicy and crisp. We enjoyed it very much!

Word of mouth is a powerful tool....my cousin found this place yesterday let me taste the food and I came on my own the next day....the chicken salad is mind blowing and the brisket sandwich was a surprise to see real slices of brisket in a sandwich....coming from Chicago the food is lacking in OB....but I just found a taste that Chicago don't have....my favorite new restaurant hands down....will definitely support!!

You have to try the chicken salad on a croissant with a side of brisket bbq spaghetti. Perfect heat, sweet and smoke. Can't wait to try that homemade peach cobbler too! We will be back probably once a week.... So good.

Went in based upon a friends recommendation because she said they had chicken salad well I was thinking BBQ chicken salad on a bed of lettuce not in a container. The place was empty but for my SO, I ordered a brisket sandwich that was full of fat and I had a rib sandwich for myself which was bland and not meaty. Everyone has different palates and I'm always willing to give a new place a try but for me if I wanted BBQ it would not be my first selection.

Stopped by after playing hockey at the Mid South Icehouse. Looking for something quick and delicious, but not looking for a chain. WOW. So glad we happened upon this place. Friendly staff, generous portions, and absolutely delicious - perhaps the best chicken salad I've ever tasted. We had the smoked chicken salad blt on a croissant and chicken salad wrap with potato salad. Located in a strip center just off Hacks Cross - hard to see from the road. They also serve spuds, BBQ nachos and more. We will be back - again and again - to try them all.

This place is THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!...My fiancé woke up out her surgery and immediately ask for this to eat and they did not disappoint. The family level of service, they took care of her like she was one of their own. Ensuring she had everything she wanted and more, checking on her health status and keeping the food on point just for her. It's a place where the AMAZING ribs and chicken salad is closely matched with the AMAZING level of service!!!....My NEW FAVORITE AND TOP 5 of ALL TIME!!!!
