||Hotel Alex Review ||My spouse and I enjoyed a panorama junior suite with a balcony. on the fourth floor for four nights. It’s wonderful hotel and we look forward to returning.||The entire hotel had excellent style and provided all of the modern conveniences. The staff always demonstrated a thoughtful and pleasant approach to dealing with me and my spouse. We also appreciated the additional features provided at no extra costs, such as the the shuttle to the sibling property in the city center. The daily breakfast, included in our rate, was delicious and the lakeside setting each morning was perfect. The wifi was reliable. Housekeeping was thorough. The snacks order through room service were top notch. ||The hotel could benefit from a true professional concierge. Also, the pool and spa were closed during our stay due to renovations, and we were not informed of this until shortly before our reservation began. These, however, were relatively minor flaws.||The nightly rate was reasonable for Zürich, especially when the included amenities are considered. Overall, the Alex Lake Hotel earns its five-star reputation.||

Our family loved this hotel. It was very family orientated and the little extra things they did for our kids were amazing. Rooms were clean and spacious and the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the service was second to none. Benel was amazing with our kids and made our son feel very special. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We just adored this hotel. We arrived early in the morning after an international flight. They not only allowed us into the room early, but they also let us enjoy a beautiful breakfast while we waited for them to finish preparing the room. This was truly appreciated after our long flight. Our 10-year-old twins loved that they could swim right off the hotel dock! And we took the public ferry just down the street to enjoy a lovely ride into Zurich. The staff was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts on the patio with a gorgeous view of the lake. This is a really peaceful place to stay a bit outside of Zurich, while still easy to get into town. We want to go back to Zurich just to stay here again!

The daily breakfast was delicious and the lakeside setting each morning was perfect. The wifi was reliable. The hotel could benefit from a true professional concierge. Dining options in the area immediately around the hotel were limited. Air conditioning in the guest rooms and the lobby should be boosted on hot summer days. These, however, were relatively minor flaws. The nightly rate was reasonable for Zürich, especially when the included amenities are considered. Overall, the Alex Lake Zürich earns its five-star reputation. It’s a wonderful hotel and we look forward to returning or visiting one of its sibling properties.

My family and I stayed at Alex Lake Zurich in a two bedroom suite. The rooms were beautiful with amazing view of the lake. The layout of the suite was great for privacy as well. We had the opportunity to dine at Widder Hotel with complementary transportation between hotels as part of The Living Circle collection. If you stay here, you have paddle board on the Lake which is included. It's the cleanest lake we've ever seen!

This is a wonderful hotel, located on Lake Zurich. The concierge service was amazing, they were so helpful with everything. They offer to take you by car to the train station, helpful with reservations at any restaurant, and had great recommendations for side trips. Everyone was wonderful, housekeeping, restaurant staff, anything you asked for they were ready to help. The rooms are very nice, views were amazing, food was great. Had a wonderful time!! You can't find a better hotel.

Great Hotel. One of the most beautiful rooms and views. ||||Maybe it’s a Switzerland thing but staff is dry. Especially front desk team members. They are useless. Not up to the caliber of this hotel. I am wondering if the Gm is not active. It has incredible potential but lobby bar is always empty. No one working or activation. ||||Resturant is stunning with great views and menu. Rooms are one of the best. ||||But front office dropped the ball. And on their website they showed Boat service. But when we came they said it was broken. But it’s just them not being on top of things.

I loved everything about my stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, the rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the lake view was stunning. The hotel’s facilities were excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again!
