I stopped by for lunch and started with the Sweet Potato Lentil Soup, which arrived piping hot and promptly. The soup was rich, velvety, and bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the crispy side of baked carrots, parsnip-ginger chips, and oven-fresh herb garlic ciabatta. The contrast of textures—smooth, crunchy, and toasty—made every bite delightful! 🥖🥕
For the main course, I chose the Gyoza Bowl with Vegetables, a vibrant and beautifully plated dish. The baked gyoza dumplings, available with a savory vegetable filling, rested atop fragrant Japanese sushi rice, drizzled with a luscious Thai mango & roasted sesame sauce. The bowl was a symphony of flavors and textures, featuring crisp red cabbage salad, creamy avocado, refreshing cucumber, edamame, earthy beetroot, and tender lamb’s lettuce. The glass noodle crunch and roasted sesame added an extra layer of texture, while the carrot-parsnip-ginger chips, lime-coriander cream, and apple-chili chutney tied everything together with a balance of sweetness, spice, and zest. 🥑🍜
