Love the beautiful intricate designs - - they’re really unique and so gorgeous! Purchased 2 pairs of lovely earrings from here - however I think one pair was faulty (earring backs were loose) and the after sales care process has been pretty bad (especially for a luxury brand). Like bad enough that it’s turned me off from ever purchasing again (which is ashamed because I love their stuff)

The chain on my favorite necklace from Alex Monroe that I wear every day broke randomly a few weeks ago so I messaged their online customer service to ask about repairs. They were very friendly and apologetic for the broken chain and referred me to this location in Covent Garden to see about getting it fixed. When I arrived the assistants were so lovely and replaced my chain free of charge, even giving my charm a quick polish for free as well. It was such a fast, easy, overwhelmingly positive experience. I love this necklace and this brand and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

My favourite jewellery! Stunning pieces and made with amazing craftsmanship. Service is also very good, I dropped by with two necklaces that I’ve had for a few years that had become a bit dull and they cleaned and polished it free of charge. They are now shining like new! ✨

I bought the Feather Heart earrings online and they broke after a few months. I loved them and as I have had previous pieces from Alex Monroe, I knew the quality was good. I contacted Customer Care who advised me that they prefer to repair pieces rather than replace but that this would take a few weeks. Emily from Customer Care was very helpful and polite, the instructions for returning items was clear and Emily communicated with me throughout. On receiving my earrings, Emily kindly sent me a new pair to avoid me having to wait so long for the repair. I was very impressed by their service and will continue to add more beautiful pieces of Alex Monroe jewellery to my growing collection.

A massive thank you to Bambi, Rachel and Natalie for providing me and my fiancé Sam with the most amazing experience when we went to buy our wedding rings a few weeks ago. They were also so warm, fun and helpful. We absolutely loved the rings... So much so that we ended up buying a second engagement ring as well as two wedding rings! A brilliant experience... I'd highly recommend. ❤️

Beautiful jewellery but cannot recommend buying from here. I bought a small, very beautiful gold stud for 225£ . I asked the store lady if it was likely to fall out, because of the cost I wanted to be sure, and she reassured me it wouldn’t. Had it less than a month then found the earring back on the floor and the stud gone. 225 quid gone. So maybe the necklaces or rings are worth it, I think the earrings are a risky purchase unfortunately. Though they are beautiful craftsmanship. It’s such a shame.

I walked past this lovely little jewelry shop just once with the other half and she loved looking in the window. It's got such more natural and elegant designs than a lot of other places that it really stood out. When it came to v-day preparations, I'd measured her finger and worked out the design I liked online, but by the time I got there it was 5 minutes past closing, so I'd like to say a special thank you Marta and Lucy who were amazingly kind and extremely helpful for helping me just complete my purchase in time. Thank you both so much, she loved it. I am hugely grateful for both of your patience, and as much as online shopping is convenient, this is the sort of experience that makes retail stores like this stand out. Amazing store. Superb staff. 5 star in every sense of the word.
