I and my 3 friends were very excited about visiting this shop. We got there around 2:30 and after about 30 minutes wondering around the four floors left incredibly disappointed.
To begin with, the house itself is BEAUTIFUL but is also falling apart. Paint peels from the ceiling, windows are missing panes, you wonder at certain points if you will fall through the floor. There are obvious holes in the floors on the uppermost level. The attic is even INACCESSIBLE because there IS NO FLOOR.
The antiques themselves ( predominantly furniture and wall furnishings) are lovely but I am suspicious of their outrageous prices. I have never seen prices this high on similar pieces.
The furniture is crammed all throughout the crumbling mansion, some pieces with prices posted, some without.
I ran into the owner a few different times on this trip and he never bothered to smile or initiate a conversation. No "welcome, please come in." He does seem to stare and always be nearby as if he is watching you to make sure you are "worthy" to be a patron.
Overall, not impressed. The house itself doesn't deserve to be in the condition it's in and it's only really worth a visit if you're into antique furniture SPECIFICALLY (and gruff, judgemental owners who seem to determine your ability to purchase based on the way you're dressed/your age).
